The Official MPG Thread
I've always liked the LHes... I loved the styling back when they came out for '99 (the 2nd gen models). Very comfortable and smooth cars..I rented quite a few Intrepids, 300Ms, and LHSes from around '99-02.

S-exy E-uropean C-hick
Probably $3000 or so... a similar one on ebay went for $3200 yesterday. The car is very clean, bright red, black leather interior--no cracks in the leather or the dash, some wear on the wood on rear console, though.

Does this mean the EpII Buick is "LaCrosse"?
I'm betting it will be Regal or Invicta.

jones soda
Cool..I think I've seen Stewart at Wild Oats. I'm not a big soda fan, but once in I while I like a good one.

Major Camaro Announcement
A few friends have bought them in the last year...one guy (25) upgraded from a Civic to a G35 sedan, the other (38) went from a Maxima to a G37 coupe, loves it. I've ridden in both, they are very nice cars, and a third (35) went from a Cavalier to used G35 coupe. I'm looking forward to the Camaro, and the CTS coupe... I'm leaning strongly towards the CTS sedan being my next new car.

1986 Buick LeSabre Grand National
Anyone remember the turbo LeSabre coupe from '78? I haven't seen one of those in at least 25 years.

Kia Koup Concept
Yes...strange place. I'm ready to run screaming back to Denver.

Whats Your Favorite Fast Food Drive Thru?
I think their burgers are pretty good, but I prefer Fatburger.

Whats Your Favorite Fast Food Drive Thru?
Chick-Fill-A is fairly common in the West. They aren't open Sundays.

2009 Holden Epica
Interesting...and isn't Viva a Vauxhall name from decades ago?

Acura TL caught naked
I know a number of Honda performance guys in the Denver area that have modded their NSXes and S2000s, and they laugh at the ricer kids with Civics w/ yellow wipers. I've been on a few car club outings with them, the NSXes are incredible on the windy back roads.

Kia Koup Concept
The AMGs are esp. common out here in the Scottsdale area...I think I see more AMG SLs than regular SLs.

S-exy E-uropean C-hick
Heh-heh...I've been tricked by the trunk lock on my sister's Benzes myself....as with other European cars, shutting the trunk doesn't lock it. The cool thing is that after 20+ years, the central locking on her 500SEL still works...it seems more mechanical than electrical...lock or unlock the driver's door, and a few seconds later, the other doors lock/unlock with solid thunk. Another odd factoid--the key for her '91 300CE will unlock (but not start) the '84 500SEL but not the other way around. She's thinking of selling the 300CE, since it's very clean with only 117k miles. Working in Ohio (she rents cars back there, thinking of buying a diesel Jetta), she's only here twice a month or so, so both cars sit alot.

jones soda
IIRC, it's pretty good... I've only run into it in restaurants in the Denver and Boulder areas...

2009 Holden Epica
The Suzuki version (Verona) was a rebadged Daewoo Magnus....predates the GM purchase of Daewoo. The Magnus dates to 2000, replaced by the Tosca/Epica in '06. Both had the transverse 6.

Major Camaro Announcement
Hmm....good question. Can't think of any. Remember the mid '90s when teal and forest green were everywhere?

Whats Your Favorite Fast Food Drive Thru?
Speaking of fries, any fans of poutine or steak frites? Both can be quite tasty, IMHO.

G8 Sighting
The Lucerne isn't bad looking, but I think the Park Avenue was a better looking car...it had more Buick styling cues, and nice curvy Riviera-eque rear quarters..

Whats Your Favorite Fast Food Drive Thru?
In and Out They are in 4 Western states only, apparently (CA, AZ, NV, UT). Another favorite burger chain that I like (no drive thru, though) is Fatburger. Another fast food chain (no drive thru) I like a lot is L&L Hawaiian Barbeque...they are 10 states now, I remember when they were only in Hawaii (like Zippys).

G8 Sighting
Ok...so what is going to become of the next Impala, Lucerne, and DTS? More FWD generics? Boring.

Whats Your Favorite Fast Food Drive Thru?
For burgers, I like In and Out...I also like Jack in the Box (In and Out has a neat animation intro page on their website with a lot of '60s Dodge Darts and '50s Ford trucks going thru their drive thru).

1986 Buick LeSabre Grand National
IIRC, some teams ran the Olds 88 also...Cale Yarbourough's Hardees car was an 88, IIRC. When NASCAR went to the FWD car bodystyles over the fake RWD chassis was about the time I stopped watching NASCAR.

New Hot Wheels 2008 1st Edition Releases
I found the GTO and ZR1 at Target Friday...both very nicely done.

1986 Buick LeSabre Grand National
I don't think I've ever seen one of those, other than that magazine ad back in the day. I do remember the Le Sabre T-Types, though.

Kia Koup Concept
Yes, it gives it the look of a road going version of a DTM race car.
