Corn dogs: Classiest food ever?

So I was eating a corn dog earlier (I have a big box of them in the freezer) when my son began actioning as if he wanted one. I explained that he was condemned to a regular hot dog because he isn't high class, high society, therefore he cannot have meat on a stick. Was that wrong?

oh wouldnt PCS being rundown by a Zeta be oh so ironic?

He's already driving one per his "product evaluation" excuse. So there's a little irony to whet your appetite. :P

get YJ to back over him with his 5th gen and its complete! :smilewide:

Ah, when the F5 is finally overtaken by the Beretta as per the original plans back from the '80s, Sixty-8 will take care of that for me out of his insanity. (The b-pillar was only the start.) j/k :smilewide:

just kidding borger! :AH-HA_wink:

Oh, c'mon. Let's hear what you really want to say. :AH-HA_wink: :P

Yeah, it's a regional thing—you can only get them on earth. You can get them at most fast-food shops in Australia, the small mom and pop places witha grill and a couple of deep fryers, but not in the supermarket.

Ah well, never seen them around here.

I don't think I'm missing much.

I've never had a corn dog, IIRC. But I do love the pigs-in-a-blanket on a stick (i.e. a pancake-wrapped sausage on a stick).

Speaking of corn dogs, they were referenced in 'Semi-Pro', I saw it last night..a bit uneven, not Will Farrell's best, but it had some funny moments. The '70s clothes and music was great.

If Daddy was eating one, then he was born into royalty and, thus, deserved one.

I guess its a midwestern or southern thing. I've seen them at county fairs and carnivals in the midwest. I thought that Nathans sold them at Coney Island. I haven't had one since I was a kid. I don't eat processed food no more.

I haven't had a corndog in ages, and frankly, I'm not missing them. My school served them for lunch a week or so ago (I don't buy lunch at school); my friend got one, and I think it twitched.
