people "out there" are pushing the 5400 x2 BE to 3.4ghz and that chip is $77 on newegg right now. it's only got 1mb cache, but is a lower power part.

you mean the 4870X2... the ATI is the better deal, but they are close with more than one app. I read supposedly Nvidia may be the first to 40nm. video cards are skipping the 45nm "node". -
prologue there was an article i saw that they think an updated/new Wii in 2010/2011 or so would be a great move. thinking the ps3 won't change for a long time and prolly stay expensive. a new wii would push for a revised ps3/ new ps4 maybe the next xbox. who knows.

our military uses more oil than any other "organization" this isn't that surprising, what's their population? how much is wasted in "gridlock"? CA's infrastructure has not kept up to it's past growth....obviously. aren't they so progressive. ....thank god for CAFE. lol

might want to look at an ati card.. but i've not seen how the nvidia cards run blu ray. i just know that newer amd/ati laptops run bluray video beautifully and can do other things at the same time without making the video choppy. there are youtube vids of this, amd/ati vs intel.... but I know intel doesn't make even basic gaming cards, integrated or not. ati's 46xx range should be coming out in the next 2 weeks, -

practically maxed socket A system. 1 Gb ddr400 athlonXP 3000+ the 400mhz fsb one 160gb hdd and 250hdd sata 1 x800pro that's agp. asus mobo k7(x)600 or something very close to that. -
no, just kidding. lol ideally, "we" should be able to talk about anything, yes, anything.... other than the purely distasteful. with proper personal restraint, the only things the admins should have to do is keep the site going, not intervene with threads that might get heated, but never boil over.

sorry to hear. don't make scapegoats out of people that can make money in ways you can't. i'm betting a lot of that money made has gone back into the stock market, somehow, and is what is helping keep us "up"... but again, anything more than that 10% does sound scary. hopefully things have...nearly bottomed out, only cause of the signs of life.

i'm not playing much online games these days... if i could i'd play COD4. my pc is not that good. i used to play ut2004. if i had more discretionary income i'd get new pc parts. diablo 2 is still a great game.

just goes to show either people are immensly impatient, the speed laws are wrong, or not being enforced. i think it's some of all of them. does traffic go that fast when weather is not ideal?

it's very possible, but if they don't show up by sept, i would think they were late....? but also, you would think that if what was needed was given to the proper place, it should show up quickly...and since only if something happens before nov, would their names have to be changed, or however that works.

http://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/candi...008gensbs.shtml supposedly the d's and r's were to busy to fill out the paper work to be on the ballot, for president. while the lounge rule #2 is being discussed by admins...try to stay objective. my comment. if it stays this way... this will only be bad for d's and r's if this changes, just showing the laxness this culture has become with rules/laws. otherwise this might just shake up the political atmosphere in a good way.

hope you know what to do in any emergency, whether right or wrong. I'm tired of the idea of any military person is anywhere near easily expendable. make sure you do everything you want to before you leave, just in case. more prayers.
