  6. Actually this proposal has just came up around my area. there is a company wanting to build a high speed rail system from atlanta ga to charlotte nc. the train is supposed to travel aprox 100mph or so for the stint.
  7. one thing i want to do is go camping on a mountain across the valley from brown mountain. i heard its pretty creepy to an extent if the lights show up.

  9. very interesting about the plane crashes. are they still there? no i never got a chance to head out to the car shows but my grandparents knew of them. i figure i havent been up there in 5-8yrs now. sad really. loved the land and tranquility up there. unfortunately i'll only be a visitor up there now as my grandparents sold their property last year.

  12. shoot the dodge dealership down the road had a deal last week. buy a new dodge ram get a choice of a new caliber, sebring, or HD motorcycle. thats getting desperate hehe

  15. roan montain has a nice view. a really cool spot to go to is mount mitchell. pack a coat though. ive seen foot long icesicles in september up there. i believe its the highest peak this side of the mississippi.

  17. theres a guy at work i talk to about cars a lot. he just got a screamin deal on an 86 dodge daytona turbo z. paid $200 for it. doesnt run but has a spare turbo and two spare computers. its in great shape except for a whole punched into the front fender. he's been tinkering with it about a month now. hasnt gotten it going but steals are out there if you know what to look for. essentially the same. if all else fails you can get it running and maybe flip it satty. to sell it rather not wreck.
  18. the corvette is essentially the flagship of chevrolet. thats like telling for to sink the mustang. its possibly the most recognized GM product.

  22. im with balth on this. the wildcat would be sweet but they sort of "let themselves go" after about 66. that 455 is tempting though.
