No the EPII Buick is already Confirmed for a plant in the US as per the UAW agreement. it WILL NOT be made in Canada. The Buick rumored to be built there alongside the FWD Impala and the Camaro would be the Regal on Alpha.

I'm pretty sure it'll be called Invicta... I always thought the Alpha would be named Regal, and it can't be called LaCrosse because Oshawa owns the rights to that name as well as Regal.
