Neat to see the Z/28 name come back. Couldn't imagine not ordering A/C unless I was living in the Arctic Circle (or buying to use as a race car).

Saw one a few min ago in the evening commute that I haven't seen in ages-mid '90s Mazda MX-6 coupe...was on a shared platform w/ the 2nd gen Probe...was a good looking car back in the day, IMO..had a buddy in grad school that had one. The one I saw today was gold and in good shape.

Saw a white and gray Local Motors Rally Fighter in traffic today, pretty cool.... I'd seen them in articles online and at a car show, but never in traffic...it's a wild-looking 4x4 coupe built here in AZ, I used to drive by their factory out in the Chand when I worked out there..

Interesting..repaints of last years concepts..and they renamed the Code140 to TRU140? Maybe that show had a lot of fans of the last gen Eclipse, hence the popularity of the TRU..

As far as the hood goes, it would have been more interesting if they had done a retro modern spin on past Camaro SS hoods, like the '67-69 or '80s Z-28 hood. The front looks goofy and angry.

Now that I posted this, I'm being swarmed by them. Kind of seems to always happen that way...mention something that seems hidden, and it appears..opens your awareness to them.

Could it be the Mercedes overtones? I do see a lot of 'Art and Science + Mercedes proportions' here..... I like how it looks distinctly RWD...you wouldn't confuse this w/ a FWD model. The greenhouse is very Mercedes to me, the side window treatment is very similar to the current C- and E-class...I would have preferred more angular cutlines for the upper door openings like the current CTS...but all in all, I like it. I hope they do a coupe and convertible.

The 500L should have been the 600, to use an old Fiat people mover name. They should bring the Panda here for the crossover. Create distinct identities for each model.

Looks solid. Would be a nice project car to swap a modern drivetrain into..I love that era of big Cadillac.

Saw a sharp dark red '56 Lincoln MK II w/ whitewalls and no hubcaps parked in a driveway this morning...

Some of the Raptors around here look like they have actually been taken off road out in the desert or up in the mountains... I've seen ones w/ lots of mud, dents, scratches...

Sweet Impala...I always liked the look of the '77-79 coupes..

Sharp car...interesting wheels...wonder what those are..

Agreed it is pointless to argue about turbo count or installation configuration--GM has figured out what is appropriate for their usage of this engine in various models. As far as the '14 CTS goes, it looks pretty cool in the new teaser photos out there today...what do you all think?

Lincoln News: Lincoln MKZs Are Coming To Dealers
Robert Hall replied to William Maley's topic in Lincoln
Let's see, they are building them at a plant in a crime-ridden third world country. You can't expect high quality from an environment like that. -
No ugly car list is complete w/o the '48 Tucker..a hideous beast. Or the '61 Plymouths and '61 Dodges, which had ugly front ends with weird reversed fins out back.

One older economy car I never see are Escorts, except for the later ZX2s which conintued after the Focus came out. The Mercury Tracer, haven't seen one in years. I think import economy cars have long outsold domestics around here, about the only older (> 10 years) econo cars I see frequently are Civics and Corollas. Any older Cavaliers, etc I see are usually rolling wrecks, completely worn out. Early Saturns are a very rare sight also.

A full size 2dr SUV w/ a manual...got to be rare...
