  1. Happened to think of this one today..what design feature do most Subaru 4dr sedans and wagons have that is shared with some '70s Ford and GM models? Name the feature and what Ford and GM models had that feature.
  2. The Rabbit has 5 cylinders, though...
  3. board
  4. Chrysler. 1970?
  5. Yes, that's what the masses want..they want their Camry, Accord, whatever...a functional, dull but reliable and well put together appliance.
  6. The Regal and '10 LaCrosse should give Buick some decent cars to compete w/ the Milan, MKZ, Azera, Avalon, etc but I would like to see a RWD V6/V8 top of the line model to compete w/ the Genesis.
  7. Not necessarily. I was pointing out the two tone aspect that you said you couldn't see.
  8. The Republican party today seems to be a wierd coalition of the wealthy white fiscal conservative CEO class and suburban/rural white conservative evangelical social conservatives (Bible Belt) and gun nuts. It's a very strange combination that I can't relate to. The Democratic party seem to be the only party rational, diverse, and modern enough for me to embrace.
  9. Dark gray upper pieces and light gray lower pieces in the TSX. The Regal interior looks like a good Aura interior, would follow on nicely from the interior in the current model.
  10. Nice sunny day here in Phoenix..high around 70, down in the mid 40s last night...
  11. I love that A4 interior...love that seat color, the use of wood, and the assymetry of the upper dash.
  12. I would assume they are going to be sourcing components from an existing car makers and suppliers, seems like it would be extremely expensive for a tiny unknown company to develop something like this from scratch. Those look like Acura headlight clusters, for example.
  13. Same problem I have w/ the C- and S- class.... great front end design let down by weak rear end designs. The C- and E- have esp. generic rear end styling... nothing distinct about the rears, and the S- looks too Maybach-ish behind.
  14. SAAB and Volvo also. Yes, that's where the a large chunk of the entry-premium market is.. the higher-end stuff (Audi, BMW, MB, larger Lexuses, Infiniti) is all RWD and/or AWD, of course, but at the volume end, FWD sells.
  15. Ya...that's pretty far south for snow...
  16. Yes, they are nice....my Mom has a had a couple of Aussie Shepherds, along with 1/2 dozen German Shepherds over the last 30 years...also had a couple Australian Cattle Dogs (Blue Heelers).
  17. My Yorkie would look really cute in the schoolgirl outfit. Not sure what style would fit my Aussie Nauti--her AKC name is 'Naughty and Nice', which fits her personality--she can be very sweet and cuddy, or pure evil, barky and bitey...
  18. I'm sure it does..it's just harder to find good BBQ in places where it's not indigenous. The best I found in Denver was in small mom & pop places that were run by transplants from the South, Texas, etc. I'll keep exploring, I'm sure I'll find some good stuff here...I recently found a 'Chicago style' BBQ place nearby that is excellent.
  19. Australian Terrier... about 13 lbs. Here's a pic: Nauti And the Yorkie: Ginger
  20. That looks a lot fun... I did get a sweater, sweatshirt, and winter jacket for my new Yorkie puppy.... I've got a sweatshirt somewhere for my Aussie.
  21. Didn't know that...I know in the West, when I see BBQ referred to as 'Carolina style' it refers to a vinegar and mustard based sauce..
  22. Which is a strange juxtaposition considering the Republican pres. candidate ran on the 'Country First' theme.. God, guns, and Asian cars for all!
  23. Fascinating..I didn't realize they made cars anymore w/o armrests standard.
  24. Well, it does provide fresh product for Avis..
  25. Just read an article recently about Maynard and his winery out here in Cornville...pretty interesting.
