April Fool's CAR SPOTTING

Recommended Posts

An Acadia in moonstone. Looked fantastic. Also saw a V6 Mustang with dual exhausts and big tips as well as a GT emblem on the back that was crooked driving like an idiot. I wish I was driving next to him in the GTO so I could teach him a thing or two.

A stupid silver Prius with a "5.7 Liter HEMI Magnum" emblem on the hatchlid.

Oh good, a performance Prius. The idea is as bizarre as a lowrider Nissan Stanza complete with hydraulics.

A Delorean, in very good shape.

I knew a guy that had two at one time.

There's a Delorean sitting in a dude's back yard in my town, 3 miles away.

It's under a pine tree and next to some scummy boat trailer & a bunch of

fruity bio-diesel cars. The guy is kind of a cool though, a mad-scientist of

sorts, always showing up at AutoZone looking for parts for some nutty VW

Jetta diesel or some crazy other European car.

Some asshole in Westford Mass drove past a parked Cop five times

within one hour in a white angry looking 1957 Cadillac Impala 300E.

The highlight of the day was one of those ridiculous-looking Camaro-based Avantis from the 90's. And every Charger I saw today had its rescue donut mounted which I thought was odd.

Bobo: Are you serious? A Trabant in the USA?

Isn't that like taking a John Deere into space.

Just a few minutes ago I saw a GORGEOUS 1971

Monte Carlo in LeMans Blue with a white interior

and a white vinyl roof. Looked awsome!

Yesterday was a good day.

Spyker something-or-other... looked like this:

Panoz roadster... I remember driving it in Midtown Madness 2:

And also an Aston Martin DB9 Sport (stacked exhausts and five-spokes)... much more James Bondish than the regular one.

Went to an autocross event tonight (didn't drive/race in it though). I rode with a guy with a red GTO, but there were quite a few cool cars there. M3s, and SVT Mustang, old Z06 (which had the fastest time), and some other fast cars. Then there were some dumb cars (old S-Series Saturn, old ass Accord, a couple POS Civics... basically dumb ricers). It was quite fun, though it really tears up your tires so I'm not sure I'd want to do it.

Used car dealer hopping is still fun.

Remember that '72 Impala from a while ago?

If I were to ever need a cheap SUV... I'd buy one of these. The latter is funny little thing. It's so gay. Yay. :P

Honda S2000, prominently parked at the Saturn dealership used car lot. Sky Redline, anyone? :AH-HA_wink:

Also, a late Cutlass W convertible with massive chrome rims and painted-on tires. What do you think that does to the ride and structural integrity?

Actually, cool pics, Vipes. I can see you with your gangsta lean, driving the Deville Concours "67k".

I saw a really clean '76-77 Vega hatchback tonight..it was almost dark out, think it was dark blue. Very unusal to see something like that. Also saw a clean '74 Grand Am 4dr (blue w/ white top) this afternoon.

Enclave on the dealer lot. Spectacular. It was silver with basically every option... $43,7xx. I want to see it in something other than silver to make sure the unpainted area near the bottom of the vehicle looks okay then (it blends in with the silver).

Jesus you guys are funny with some of your lists. :P

I'd only consider some Mariner or Sebring a "spot"

if it was shinny side up, on fire or post-explosion.

Is it in Lowell by Advance Auto Parts?

That's the one. She's a sexy bitch!

I'd love to own this car. The only

modification I'd ever do would

be a 4-spd. I even love the white

walls out, they work well with the

white interior imho.

They're spots because they are new models.

Someone who parks in front pf the Massachusetts State House has a "1" vanity plate

on his/her Nissan Altima. I think it might be Ted "Lake Chapatiqua" Kennedy.

Some dude in Tyngsboro has a International CXT, it's all over the place.

Not including that one I've seen about 5 of them.
