technology has given us lots more free time...and then filled that gap with more crap we can/must do... i do it seldomly, but only when i'm not really do anything else. I find it more annoying when people are in class and can't stay off the phone for more than a minute at a time.

there's a local microbrewery here in Cape (SE MO) Buckner's. most of the beer is great, has ale, wheat, boch, porter, don't think they do lagers...? the food is pretty good, sandwiches, some soup, few pizzas. china buffet. don't know if it's national, but have a few others in the area. a large assortment of chinese/ some american/fruit/dessert

a "stock market/banker" guy (not really sure) came into my work and talked to my boss... I said..."we shouldn't let the government get involved" or something very close to it like this is what happens when the gov does things and he said, yeah but we have that or FDIC gets used... which of course is just more Gov getting involved... edit...grammar and such.

the same basics but an intel system E8200 2.66ghz and a MB with only 1 pciex2.0 comes out ~$650 of course my amd system is a bit overkill the amd with a tricore is ~$670.... that'd give you plenty of room for a vid card / dvd drive.... maybe a monitor?
