  1. Or better yet Pontiac as a G6 replacement? I know I said I wanted FWD but if it gets good fuel economy who cares at this point? Does this mean Cadillac isn't the only division getting it? If so it would work great as a Pontiac. They still can do a EP II G6 but slot this in as the G5 or whatever you want to call it. I would not give this to Chevrolet. Leave them for FWD volume things, although I could make a case for Buick maybe better than for Cadillac. I have mixed feelings.

  3. Actually I like the idea of smaller less expensive Caddy but more to compete with the TSX not the RWD 1 Series and so forth. I would rather send Buick the car anyways.
  4. Amen 68, you would make a great CEO at GM.
  5. I mean I always take in the pants on service. Because I can go to an indepentant garage and save a ton, I still opt to go to a GM dealer. I still don't understand why making $500 on a car is not enough and never will. Oh trust me there isn't an extra 500 to shave from my paycheck. That is why I get great deals.
  6. The Camaro will be way better car anyways so it is worth the price.
  7. I like it alot, but like the wagon even more.
  8. A new HHR Panel LT with chrome rims it was sweet.
  9. I don't know but I should have purchased more cars when I was really young. Hell I was only 13 in '69.
  10. Yes this funny as time goes on somethings stay the same.
  11. Yes and it is an important part of my life. I understand we need a solution someday to forigen oil but domestic drilling in the mean time makes ALOT of sense. Still age is just a number and it won't stop me from voting for the lesser of the two evils. I am going to stop ranting because obviously this is not solving anything.
  12. I won't get a 4 cylinder a Camaro. It just screams Mustang II to me. I know they have 200 plus hp but in a muscle car they deserve a V6. A 3.6 would be perfect.
  13. I would rather have more of what I know than some young senators scary change plan. I am sick of people who belief Obama is the second coming of christ. He is no more than a politican and I think I am safe in saying that change can happen for the worse or better. I would much rather have a moderate maverick than a far left person. Once again neither extreme's are good and I am proud to be a value voter, and in the God and Guns crowd. Being auto people I can't believe some of you would vote for people that don't want domestic drilling and supports raising cafe. Then again that is just me.
  14. Okay this is politcal talk.... I thought it wasn't allowed? But uhh I'll comment, so anyways here is my five cents. Anyone that supports raising cafe, and hopes filling up your tires with air and good tune-up on your car are enough to help you at the pump won't have my vote. I want an energy policy that includes domestic drilling, I also want a safe nation and would rather be on the offensive than the deffensive. Anyone who talks change and fails to tell me exactly what he will change is not my canidate. I want a canidate with experinse and the ability to work across party lines to get things done. I want a man who will put his country ahead of his ambitions to become president. I will not be voting for a man that has the most liberal record in the senate, someone on either extreme isn't good. McCain is more of a moderate and he has my vote. This Obama this and that is getting old, and his Change, and Hope lines are tired. I want a man that has good values, a solid record, a good forigen policy, and some that understands the challenges we face in the world. That is why I will be voting for McCain. Sorry I got political but I disagree with many people on here and that is okay. I just don't want a change for the worse.
  15. They only sold 384 Durango's in July? If that is so ouch.
  16. That thing is bad-a$$ you see GM you can do diesel right! Can I have one?
  17. I have mixed feeling about this too. I think TMC gets help from Japan all the time. I understand the big three did put themselfs in a sticky situation but part of me says we owe it to some of the last true American compaines. Ehhh I guess I am okay with it. If it were Toyota I would be pissed.
  18. I actually think they give it a unique look sort of neo-retro. Honestly if I get one it will be an RS/SS or an RS/LT or a stripper LS.
  19. There is an example of a Camaro LS with the steel heritage wheels and I actually like it. Feel free to share save and enjoy.
  20. I like those base wheels. Alot in black or white or gray they would look hot.
  21. Glad to here you got across the pond safely. As I duck and hide, I don't want a Swiss lady. I have a wife.

    OH OH!

Congrats on the new Ford. As long as it is American I am happy. Does it move pretty good? I was hoping you got a Torrent so we each could have one.
  23. I'll never buy a Toyota. It would be a cold day in hell before I drive a Honda or Nissan. If someone wants to go import I suggest Honda and Nissan. If someone put a gun to my head I wouldn't buy a Toyota. It is a matter of pride and recalling what happend on a small US island 60 years ago. I never forget.
  24. So now more lease's on Buick's or GMC's that is stupid. Only car you can lease is a G6? Can you go through a private company I bet dealers will bitch.
