  1. The requisite Toyota bashing piece of the day.
  2. I see quite a few CSV's. A few are used as school transport vehicles, though. I think the poor Quest sales are due to the original interior and poor launch quality. Don't mess with the soccer mom's. I still stand by my comment.
  3. His tiny bit of facial hair. Only some can pull it off.
  4. Many houses around me are McMansions with an unbelieveably small yard and they are going for more than $400,000, no lie. Most of the people are mortgage poor, though. You have this huge house with an old car in the driveway. One time I walked in one to pick up a friend's friend and they had lawn furniture in the living room. Amazing. I would much rather have a normal sized house with an appropriate sized yard, nice car, the ability to wear something other than Wal-Mart and take a nice vacation once a year.
  5. Freestyle as most talked about minivan? For what, lowest sales?
  6. Unquestionably and without a single solitary doubt. Some people make it a personal mission to never be even close to 75% satisfied with GM output, and we will have the cozy pleasure of reading all about it, ad nauseum. Usually, the other 25% is taken up by a host of details the General seems to not care for. An integrated center stack is one of them.
  7. The upper-level Mesa interior looks very good. I believe the Sonata interior designers have been fired or at least it appears that way. However, look at the base interior shot. It would be hilarious if the radio/HVAC switchgear remained silver and the surrounding plastics made black. Not so integrated there. The headlight cluster is interesting and use of LEDs are cool but the taillights look like a combination of Mazda Tribute and the new Lexus design. I'm not a fan of the swoopy styling, either.
  8. I think the Accord Hybrid sales have scared them. "No more hybrids in powerful vehicles...they don't sell!"
  9. Guaranteed: if the Yaris had ABS, side airbags and power locks/windows standard, which it should, it would be preceived to be as good of a car as it is. Take them out and it's cheap.
  10. It looks alright, nothing amazing, not class leading design-wise. Whoever designed the Enclave's interior should be working on this. I will not have a problem with the radio/HVAC control integration as long as their "faceplates" are the same color as the surrounding center stack color. Silver/silver, like how the photo appears, is fine.
  11. The front bumper is a little too ricey for me. I think Caddy should improve the STS-V so there would be no need for a super model.
  12. Jeez...you could have at least said something about the 6-speed auto. Be creative for once! Personally, the new Camry looks a lot more original than the newest GM offering (Aura).
  13. Besides price, they are not differentiated enough for me, especially exterior and interior-wise.
  14. Kind of a blockier Sedona rear end, don't you think? It may be a little chunky but so is every other minivan other than the skinny Freestar/Monterey. The current ones are graceful but you can barely tell them apart from the last-gen. I still think the Quest is the best looking minivan out there, hands down.
  15. That's VERY good news. The leather on the dashboard is needed to set Buick apart.
  16. LOL. On Air India, it depends if you get the Korean Air 747 Air India badge job or the real deal. The badge job was old, smelly and hot. The real deal was new, didn't smell as bad, had video screens at every seat and was properly air conditioned.
  17. You're kidding.
  18. That's great and all but Ford has no clue what to do with Lincoln or Jaguar. Mercury may even be included in the list, too.
  19. China won't last without democracy. Guaranteed.
  20. It's what Pontiac should have been for the past few decades. Only GM cannot seem to figure it out.
