I don't think I can be of any meaningful advice personally given my ever evident status... but I have a friend who has since left town for college, let's call him "James". He had a GF from the September at the start of the 12th Grade for an entire year... Let's call her "Christina". Nice enough girl though a bit of a drama queen. He was committed to the relationship 100% (too committed to a HS relationship if you ask me), but she left him once every two weeks (literally) and came back the next day... It was very taxing on the relationship and it was like they went through twenty years of marriage in eleven months... They both moved to the same university town and almost the second she was in with another "school of fish", so to speak, she was gone like the wind. I would approach your potential newfound relationship with caution, because girls make next to no sense, she could be using you etc, etc...

A B-Body would be sweet, no doubt about it, and these are not mechanical issues, that part of the car is especially strong Exactly. I've instructed the dealer not to replace anything but only to find the source of the problems... If the stereo needs to be replaced I'll go to the junkyard and do it myself... I've already determined its not the fuses though so easy fixes are pretty much out right now...

Seconded... My friend's old Audi had the passenger door catch fire on the highway once...

It was the voice acting... It just wasn't up to Daniels caliber... The Ford Sponsorship was waaay over the top (but I still like the new Focus)

But I bet It'll still be better than the Oliver Stone movie coming out in a few years about the Bush Presidency...

RKM, you're right about the MPG... It needs to be better. Our Venture got 19MPG City, the Impala gets 21 City... Traverse MPG would have to be as good as our Impala to be considered...

Well... It's strange how things work out... There's always something about a U-Body van that just get's into my dad's blood. My dad and I went to the dealer today, and our salesman is getting us a price quote... There is actually a good 1/3 chance or better that we'll buy it back. When the lease was over on this 40K$ van the cost to buy it out was the same price as buying our Impala... but now the dealer is selling it for 11000$, take 1000$ off for the "Scottish Family Discount" due to how many people we have befriended at the dealer, including the owner, and 2500$ trade in offer for my Cavalier, and it's around 8 Grand... So yeah, we're actually considering it for now... My dad and I would share the Impala and Van, hell, after the ABS Light came on my Cavalier today, I'll take anything with Power Windows and a functioning stereo- even a Venture.

That's happened on my Cavalier too... For cold weather it makes more sense to do it the way they did it IMO.
