The political right is infinitely more disgusting, with their fake moralizing, fake 'values', dominated by a group of fanatical bible thumpers that have little regard for separation of church and state--they push for garbage like 'intelligent design' in schools, they interfere with scientific research, racists, hypocrites, war mongers, gun fetishists, etc... I don't believe the right gives a damn about the 'little guy'...they only answer to corrupt big corporations of the oil industry, defense contractors, etc... I could go on and on, but I despise the 'conservative' bull$h! that has been so dominant in America in the last few decades. What's wrong with Ted Kennedy or MLK? For an immigrant you have a twisted view of the US...

I always enjoy them...I have one to go to in Colorado next month. As long as they aren't outdoors in August, I'm usually fine.. (I went to two 10 years ago that were in hot, humid places--Chicago and Buffalo--in August...ugh.)

Yeah, I'm bad about all of those...I have a TV in the bedroom, and usually lie down and read for a couple hours before going to sleep, or surf the web while watching the Daily Show, or South Park reruns, or BBC News... normally, I never have a problem going to sleep within a 1/2 hour of taking my pills, but last night was difficult..finally went to sleep at about 4am after taking a swim and sitting on the bedroom patio and counting stars..

Sooner they get rid of those turds the better their CAFE will be...and more money to spend on cars. A win-win.

Went to lunch and drove around a bit through the neighborhood one major street below mine..saw some oldies--white '60/61 Falcon 2dr, clean, pale blue '64 or so Valiant 2dr sedan, clean, and a baby blue '75 Olds 88 convertible, very clean.

The problem is, with the 6 middle brands GM has to prop up, Cadillac can't get the investment levels needed to be a full-line world class player. Such is reality.

Yes, but Nissan has 2 international brands with platform/engine sharing...they don't have the burden that GM in NA has of supporting 6 middle brands...

Was sitting at the light this morning across the street from my local Cadillac store..they had a 1/2 dozen '08 CTSes, a white XLR, a couple STSes, a black STS-v, and a bright red G8 GT rotating on the corner dais... Shweeet.

Interesting..6th gen Camaro perhaps.

They don't seem to advertise it much.
