    filthy whores
  2. I've heard of recovering alcoholics who start pounding O'Douls (0.5% alcohol) as if it isn't beer.
  3. But he'll make up the difference by having his car serviced at the dealership!
  4. The 4cyl L cars handled extremely well with good tires. At least the original ones did, after the facelift, they gained some weight and lost a bit in the handling department. And yes, the electrical issues did suck.
  5. Wow, that blows, glad you're alright.
  6. With or without benefits?
  7. I had a bamboo plant in my kitchen, but somehow managed to kill it.
  8. So thats why gm4life hasn't been posting today. That or he's trying to get $8000 off MSRP on a G5 because buying one will help GM.
  9. That really awks moment when you see the chick who is responsible for the large portion of your cars bumper that is gone.
  10. Get a coupe, a sedan and a wagon. Never know when you'll need them.
  11. A quick follow-up to this. If you're selling a car thats prone to having the bottom rust out, and someone emails you asking if the bottom has rusted out, dont tell them no when in reality it has. Because then they'll drive out to the middle of nowhere to look at it and discover that the bottom has rusted out and be pretty pissed.
  12. You may be on to something there. Fiat wont ship a brochure to the U.S. and so far I've had no luck on eBay. And I'm sure as hell not going to hunt down someone in Europe and get them to send me a brochure. SO I guess I'll just have to ....oh, wait...would you look at that, I can download the brochure. Guess that means you were wrong. Again.
  13. O'Douls also tastes like shit. Its about the worst thing ever.
  14. Has the RWD Mafia made you do the walk of shame yet?
  15. I may have just found a deal on a '73 Beetle thats too good to pass up. If I buy it, I wont own it very long, but it'll stay in the family.
  16. It varies by state. I know Utah doesn't allow anything over a certain % of alcohol to be sold in the state. Here in MO, you can buy beer just about anywhere. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and gas stations. Locally, Brown Derby is the liquor store of choice, they've got the best selection and best prices. Plus there is one on every corner. The St. Louis and Jefferson City have this fantastic place called Dirt Cheap. The best part is their commercials, which include a guy in a chicken costume going "Cheap! cheap! Fun! Fun!" I found one on Youtube.
  17. Ensure? AARP? Wilford Brimley? Wait, we're not re-naming the Lucerne?
  18. For once WV seems to be ahead of the curve, the rest of the country is going to look like that in 10 years.

  20.
  21. No thanks
  22. He's out of office now. The Illinois Legislature went so far as to bar him from holding public office in Illinois. I hope he does something very, very public. I'm thinking radio host (a la Rush Limbaugh) or maybe even give him a tv show. He's too whacked out to not keep out there.
  23. Usually I dont wear a coat, I've been going out in this in nothing more than a t0shirt, except yesterday when I was wearing a hoodie.
  24. Linkypoo Haynes manual. Includes ste-by-step overhaul instructions. On something old and RWD (like your GM or my Buick) I imagine the toughest part would be getting the transmission out, unless you happen to have transmission jack and the ability to get your car far enough off the ground to get it out. I'm seriously considered rebuilding mine.
