Let me just save you the "heartbreak"
Logic (apparently backed up by the contacts Doaniepoo has) dictates that the Camaro have a fixed b-pillar. And the world continues to rotate. As NOS said, touching base with reality would be a good idea, plenty of people have been passionate about a lot of things (see: Jeffry Dahmer, Charles Manson, Adolf Hitler, George W Bush) but that doesn't mean they know more, or are superior to, those who think differently. In fact, some of the smartest people I know are the ones who don't seem to get extremely passionate about a subject, being able to look at it from that perspective allows more thorough examination of the subject.

Priceless, it was my best day.
Or a program that the dealer bought at auction. And if GA is anything like MO, assuming this was a trade-in, the sales tax paid on the the Tundra would be credited towards any new vehicle purchase.

The AH-HA Challenge
So this is the AH-HA version of the LSAT. Maybe I'll take a stab at it tomorrow.
-
The AH-HA Challenge
Maybe its like the LSAT, where none of the questions have anything to do, directly, with law school, but they do show a person's critical thinking and problem solving skills.

1. Mini 2. Astra The rest really dont matter.

Scott Adams comments on Automakers...
The first panel seems to reek of Toyota, they've had some very good looking concepts that didn't translate into production. Ford, as noted, also has issues with this.

NFL Draft
With the second pick, the Detroit Lions select Calvin Johnson, wide receiver from Georgia Tech. Those poor Lions are so predictable, I dont care that they're not going to pick for an hour and a half, thats what they're going to do.

Ode To The Sunfire
Re-reading BV's first post, it sounds a lot like the fuel pump problem I had in the Saturn a little while ago. If that is the problem, hope that the J-body has easy access to the pump, the labor on getting the tank dropped is a bitch.

The Near-Future of Saturn
I have a family to tack on and would still take the 3-door over the 5 any day. I hope they find a way to import more than 30k cars, just from a financial standpoint. It cant be easy to turn a profit on $16k compacts, it would be even harder having to do it with cars that are imported. Plus, for all of its faults, the ION sold pretty well, without being heavily fleeted. I could see Saturn being able to sell 100k Astras, even without a traditional sedan version.

Ode To The Sunfire
Lesson #2: If you have to resort to, "For what I paid, its a good car" then odds are its a car most people on an enthusiast board don't give a flying f@#k about. That goes for Intrepids, Millenias and 23 year old Datsuns bought in the name of hypocrisy.
-
Ode To The Sunfire
They only refer to the Intrepid, Prizm and Millenia as being nice cars because they don't know any better.

Knightfan is Gonna Hate Me
Congrats to your dad. I'm actually starting to grow more fond of those Montes. An '00 Monte Carlo is 9/10ths of the car my '00 Solara (which I loved) was, but the way the market is the Monte is 6/10ths the price.

Mountain Biking?
I've got a 3 year old Gary Fisher Marlin because, frankly, it fit into the budget. Also, its bright green. Better than a $90 Huffy, good enough to last until I can get the Trek that I covet. I got my ass handed to me at Busiek State Park last week. A better bike would've helped a little bit, more skill would've helped a lot. Ah well, still no broken bones, which is more than I can say for a friend of mine.

So I got to ride in a Civic yesterday
Only bad thing I can say about the current Civic is that the DX (base model, starting at around $15k) doesn't have a radio or air conditioning standard. It has ABS and a spoiler, but no AC.

w00t! The things you don't pay attention to
I had some mushrooms growing in the scarcely used spare bathroom a couple of months ago. And I've been pants iff most of the last week. As for the question at hand, you should donate the tickets to BV so he can get the hell out of Brookville. Or go to Germany, 'twould be fun.

Vacation Pics of Egypt
Dude, I'm jealous. Egypt is one of the places that I would love to visit sometime. My only problem is that I wouldn't be able to handle the flight overseas. I wouldn't have a problem getting on a cruise ship and sailing over (although thats probably less safe than flying) but that many hours in a tube would drive me insane.
