Millenia Wonders....

Recommended Posts

There are several of those "Pornography is Bad/Destroys all Lives/Blah Blah" billboards along I-44 through Missouri.  One shows a picture of a young girl in a dress looking all depressed.  $50 says she turns out to be a porn star.

I was going to say how retarded that Billboard is but now

I'm not sure I want to be on your side since you

managed to come off like a perverse dirty old man again.

I'm not hoping anyone's daughter turns out to be trashy

but I do think that fighting pornography is like fighting for

a lost cause along the lines of "PETA". It's instinct, these

things are ingrained in our DNA and will not go away.

Sex = Procreation

Meat = Food

That's no where near as bad as the billboards with a kid on them that shout "Who's my daddy?" and offer DNA testing services that I spotted on the highways outside of St. Louis.

I haven't seen any of those, if I do I will get pics for all to see. :)

ROTFLMAO

When Satty first posted that I thought it was a chop.

Hey Viper that is really not a bad looking car, but it begs for some a/m wheels or rims. That dark color looks very rich on that car but then you get down to the wheels and it kills it for me. The Milenia was/is the only Mazda I could have ever seen myself owning..

Yep, I lost a sole centercap, so I just removed all of them for a more cohesive look. Dont mind the side view, I took it before I did that. And I took all of them before I washed it, haha.... It actually doesnt look half bad without them once the wheels are all shined up.

BV... just because you're gay doesnt mean you can force your millenia to go through as many look changes as madonna... its just not right... :P

My '92 Golf had ugly factory wheels, so I took the center caps off and painted my lugnuts black. It looked better. I was also tempted to take the little "X" center caps off my '03 ION Lego wheels and do the same thing, but I didn't have the car long enough to bother.

Went through all my pictures and I realised I have a few of my Millenia that I've never posted. *shrugs* Also am learning that higher resolution makes a big difference with my LCD monitor. So... Here they are...

Nice Millenia, I like the picture by the courthouse. Interior looks pretty clean and the exterior pretty shiny, which is always important to me. Usually I am not a big fan of dark green, but it works well on this car with the tan interior. I have always thought that the Millenia's have aged quite well compared to other similar imports of the time, I am assuming yours must be a mid 90's model. Anyways, keep it clean and shiny.

Thanks. Its a 95. Its not perfect, but I still love it. I just wish I had the money to fix it up and mod it. I'm broke and without a job, though. So I can only blame myself for that. :P

Some pics of other Millenias (including some Xedos 9's and Eunos 800's) I've gathered since I bought mine:

I'd love to have it look as nice as some of these. Bigger wheels and clear corners make quite a difference.

Someday I want some nice 5-spoke wheels for the Intrepid, kinda like ones on that first Millenia, or liek what's on the SRT Charger/Magnum. Maybe 18's...maybe 19's...it depends on how they look...I won't go for oversized retarded crap...and no chrome pie plates either. But liek you guys...money is the key, and I only just started my job..which is just on weekends...so it'll be a ways off.

Yeah... And I have some repairs to make before I begin modding. I'm glad my dad can paint cars, though. That is probably the first thing I'll do. The green isn't all that bad, but I dont like it at all, especially since my Grand Am was also green. I think I'd like a nice a dark blue or purple. Maybe even a burgundy. Who knows. :P

Speaking of my Grand Am, though. It's still sitting in my yard in all it's non running glory.

T'is the time of the year to take pictures after doing a spring cleaning to your car.

Decided to do an extensive detailing on my Milly since it's been nice this weekend. First, I went to my grandparent's to use their power washer to clean out the wheel wells and other places that don't get to see the light of day. I then demodded it, including removing: my black light (never used it anyways), the neon yellow string (just gets in the way), the LED washer nozzles (don't work anyways), and my license plate frame (damn thing corroded). Cleaned out all the junk, dirt, and garbage inside as well. Next, I conditioned the leather, armoralled the plastics, and cleaned the windows. After all that, I spray waxed it and put some tire shine on. This is the cleanest it's been since I bought it. Sort of sad. :P
