  1. Just noticed the Silver Button by the vent opening on the passenger side of the front dash. Any ideas what that button does?
  2. Awesome ride for the Price! That is one of the cleanest I have seen with those miles. Way to Go, awesome deal, awesome auto. Look forward to hearing how it treats your family down the road. FYI, I have a GM 2006 SUV and 2008 SUV both with the airbag suspension and have had NO PROBLEMS. Both are over 100K miles also. So I think the issues early on in the production of the auto have been worked out.
  3. Interesting auto, but the style is so dated and blah.
  4. For such a High End Auto, I have mixed feelings about the interior plainness and the exterior which tends to say to me been there done that in the last 20yrs. Also what is so big about these so called Crystal headlamps. They are nice looking, but do they really give me anything better than what everyone else is doing or is it just another status name to float around? Just not impressed. Nice auto, but not impressed.
  5. WOW, they all look the same except for the 4 door long version is clearly identifiably different from the rest. Clear distinct versions would help along with quality. Coworker bought his and has had it in the shop as much as he has had it home. Way to many problems for a small auto.
  6. It will be interesting to see what the new spec's are on these trucks when they implement them. My gut tells me all 3 are working to make sure when they go to the J2807 spec that they do not loose towing and hauling capacity.
  7. Are you sure you had the V6? It's the same V6 as in the Charger/Challenger/300. Yeah, the 2.4 would struggle. I will be honest that with the winter weather the person said it was a V6 but I never checked as I used the vehicle, got to the customer site and drove back to fly back out. So if it is a 4 banger in that CUV, I would not recommend it.
  8. Was at the local Enterprise and can confirm that they had a ton of Roques and RAV-4's. I did not see any Journeys. Then at the National lot at the airport, same large group of rental metal but they did have a lone single Journey. I got it and drove it and while not bad, I wish it had a tad more power. The V6 seems to sound like it is struggling.
  9. Cute car that should be a decent competitor in the compact market. Personally I am tired of the sloping roof line as it eats up valuable head room and cramps us big people. Not everyone is 5' 8" tall.

  11. But the Surf is Up and the waves are fine. Come on Down and we'll throw a shrimp on the barbi for you.
  12. Catfish cars make a comeback!
  13. Product line that should still be merged with Mazda for a more complete lineup and stronger company.
  14. Interesting, looks like a decent evolution for the Chevy line.

  16. Give it a proper powerful motor and AWD and I think you would have a successful inexpensive multipurpose auto for the youth market.
  17. Chevy showed off their newest addition to the commercial fleet aimed at small business owners to tradesmen in need of a compact service / delivery vehicle. The Chevy City Express is designed to compete with the Ford Transit Connect, Nissan NV200 and Chryslers new ProMaster City van. It is not surprising that GM has decided to join in one of the hottest fastest growing segments. GM last made a minivan back in 2008 and ending production just before the 2009 bankruptcy. They have continued to build an old outdated commercial van for this segment, yet instead of starting from scratch, GM choose to turn to Nissan who they have contracted with to build this small Cargo Van that Chevy will sell in North American markets. Based on the NV200, the Chevy City Express will go on sale fall of 2014 with production at the Nissan plant in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Nissan currently sells the NV200 as a commercial van including as the Taxi of Tomorrow in New York City. With having a van that won the International Van of the Year award with the lowest cost of ownership, GM is hoping to boost demand and take a percentage of this fast growing market. Ford in a move to grab even more market share before GM and Chrysler can come to market and before Nissan makes a noticeable dent also just updated for this year the Transit Connect. Unknown is the power plants that GM plans to deliver in this van. For sure it will be a small 4 cylinder power plant, but will they have Diesel and what about AWD?
  18. Nice thing is you can have a Natural Gas Generator that would allow the Natural Gas Heater and Hot Water tank to still work fine. Pretty standard on homes here in washington when you have fall and winter storms that cause trees to go down. This way you stay functional with the electricity out.
  19. http://www.chevrolet.co.in/ Interesting that India is just now getting the US based Spark which you can just barely see behind some of the Adra pictures. Also interesting models on the India Chevy web site. Chevy Beat Chevy Sail Chevy Cruze Chevy Enjoy Chevy Captiva Chevy Spark Chevy Tevera Interesting to see that what we call the Chevy Spark is the Chevy Beat in India.
  20. weird but I cannot post pictures to posts that I just did and then click edit. It errors out if I try to add to an existing post.
  21. Interesting that I found the same color on this corvette. Wonder if the adra is based on these earlier concepts?
  22. The more I find images of it, It is interesting and I like it. I can see it as a nice inner city run about. probably running a 1 L motor.
  23. First 1000 buyers get a 240 Volt home charging system installed free with the purchase of the ELR. http://editorial.autos.msn.com/blogs/post--cadillac-elr-includes-home-charging-station-for-first-1000-buyers?goback=%2Egde_3703247_member_5836854383853211651
