  1. So if we lost ~10% of auto sales but increased the cash coming in, it works for the government. Lose 10% sales, increase 25% tariff. It sounds like a net win for government cash flow.
  2. This was the color green I assumed you meant. It fits the vehicle so well.
  3. I like that most enthusiasts do tend to buy used(myself absolutely included!) yet we are the same ones asking for different colors and then say we couldn't find X vehicle in a different color used.. I think this would look ? in a dark green/dark blue/maroon. Apparently, they just don't sell as much in those colors.
  4. I cannot stand these! The're ugly AND not very useful.
  5. Those "Performance" wheels look AWESOME! Most people are buying on the white to black scale so it makes sense to limit their costs to the main colors people buy. I don't know the colors of everybody's vehicles but how many here own a color outside of the white to black scale?
  6. They announced they were shipping the hybrids and never did?
  7. I know you'd disagree.. There is nothing better for everything than a Cadillac Escalade!! You're also comparing something that is like a 20k+ difference in price. LOL just kidding... 27k vs 75k. ?
  8. Well they never gave any public numbers on it. They just said it's coming and gave us info on what it will do. That's like saying Ford and GM shouldn't talk about future EV products until they're shipping to dealership lots, kind of an absurd thing to think.
  9. But, in all seriousness, you don't believe interior measurements. The Escalade is always the biggest and roomiest in every scenario.
  10. What kind of differences for road trips are there? I haven't driven either of the vehicles but I would wager the new Pacifica is quieter and offers a softer ride than a BOF truck with a solid rear axle.
  11. He doesn't believe those numbers are real. He never does.
  12. Gives me more of a Renegade vibe.
  13. Spend an extra 10k and you can get that.
  14. The TRD Pro is like what you're thinking of. They must not have had the brown Tacoma TRD Pro but they had the 4Runner and Tundra TRD Pros in the brown. This is the Tacoma TRD Pro with the black grille and wheels.
  15. Yeah, those would fit in there like the GMs although they feel a little rounder up front.
  16. Agreed! ????
  17. I don't see anything "brickish" either. The windshield is quite raked, the rear glass is also quite raked, the second(?) B pillar is angled, the grille into the lights is all flowing as well. I think it would look so much better with a different grille and wheel setup. As it is, it's hideous to me. There are only a few vehicles I would still consider brick-like. GM's Tahoe and siblings, Wrangler, Renegade, G Wagen and probably something else I'm missing but that's about it. Nothing is as squared off as those.
  18. I want this exact truck. The only things chrome on this truck is the grille and name badges. It's about as minimal as you'll find on a truck.
  19. I like that there is a little more body color and a little less crappy plastic.
  20. So they "theoretically" beat them even though they haven't actually done it..
  21. I don't like the name but it's a good looking truck.
  22. It seems stupid for every company NOT to be investing like this. Most every new platform should have this level of engineering because it has to pay off being that flexible. I guess I just assumed with a new Gorgio platform that it would have been similarly flexible. That's interesting to know...
  23. I'd drive this. Yet they've evolved it just enough to look modern the entire time. ??
  24. Regardless of all of that, that still covers the JGC-sized vehicle and down to Golfs.
