  1. https://www.motor1.com/news/239334/corvette-zr1-porsche-gt3-nurburgring/ Not official but I believe this is what he was talking about.
  2. My dad got an Aussie last year and it's a male right around 55lbs. Boy-o-boy does that dog have energy! I'll definitely agree that he is incredibly smart. He's almost a pain in the ass at times because hes so smart for a dog lol. Yeah I started to read some of it but I had to get back to work so I couldn't read much of it. Thanks for the info though!
  3. I agree but upkeep and depreciation costs wouldn't factor in to returning the vehicle this quickly, just the upfront costs.
  4. I LOVE Yorkies! They're so tiny and cute! We just had our regular vet visit for yearly shots and to pick up her heartworm meds and shes a healthy 5.5lbs. lol All of those BMW and Mercedes are difficult to believe.. I could see maybe 1 or 2 but 4 BMWs and 2 Mercedes, both of which are probably of their best sellers for their respective brands... ? Could those be dealer service vehicles? Registered to the dealer then relisted months later?
  5. It's a huge percentage regardless of how much revenue the car brings in.
  6. Got damnit, Tesla. I want you to succeed and like you but you're making it more and more difficult.
  7. I'm glad somebody understood what I meant when I brought up the Mustang and Camaro.
  8. AMG has been in this price point for a long time, Olds. C63, C55, C36, C32...
  9. Yeah it sounds like something they should have held off for 6 months to see if the Navigator really steals any sales anyway. People still love the Escalade... Even if it is currently the worse of the two complete packages it's still a great overall vehicle.
  10. What models will it steal from? C63 is the only one in it's price range.. Maybe(hopefully) from the CLA45 but that seems like it's priced low enough to avoid a comparison to a 2 door dedicated sports coupe...and it's a small sedan...
  11. There sure as heck is if you include the Vettes. Then they could also possibly steal from some of the Mustang/Camaros that are in that price range as well. I don't see them really taking a lot of those sales but somebody will sit there and say, "what the heck am I spending 70k on a Ford/Chevy?" and then buy the AMG. Worse yet is the 50k Mustang GT and Camaro SS. They're great performance cars but they're also pretty steep for a GT and SS.
  12. S Class doesn't even offer a hybrid in 2018. GTFO with that S Class has X Y and Z but they don't even offer a hybrid in freakin 2018. Thank the heavens the S Class has a start-stop system though... ?
  13. I'm good with styling changes but I'm not good with ugly ones. The entire internet is ripping apart the new Camaro. Your the first person to say it doesn't look like complete ass.
  14. FWIW, the ZR2 is 2-3 inches wider than the 2018 Wrangler according to Google.
  15. 8 years seems appropriate. Car cycles shouldn't be shorter than that anyway, imo. I'd assume it would get a battery upgrade and a face lift in the middle anyway.
  16. Yeah it's worth it in that comparison.
  17. That's the kind of depreciation that stings when you look at it 12 years down the road.
  18. Yeah it's those damn Germans.. Even the GTI was on the list for small cars.
  19. Those are a little more understandable, while still nuts. AMGs are hand built engines and it's pretty widely known that AMGs are expensive to own outside of their warranty. The 718 is supposed to be the "bargain" Porsche starting at "only" $55,300 whereas those AMGs are well over $100,000(GLS @ 125k and S63 @ 147k) to start.
  20. It's because it spells out S 3 X Y. It was supposed to be S E X Y but Mercedes owns the rights to the "E". Good to know. I knew there were rumors of a truck so I didn't know. I never heard of a small CUV until now. That would be a pretty attractive offering to the public, another CUV.
  21. 2016 Focus Titanium Bought: 12,811 miles Currently: 27,300 miles Difference: 14,489(we'll go with 14,500) $16,100 - $12,940 = $3160 depreciation $0.217 per mile. FWIW, the MSRP was like $24,500. That's why I buy used..
  22. What's the Y supposed to be? Is this their pickup?
  23. Almsot $2400 a year to maintain a 718 Cayman.. That's just insane.
  24. The ZR2 is already a direct competitor to the TRD Pro. Many would say it's a better offering than the Pro already. Those wheels look so damn good. I'd want those on any mid-size truck I had.
  25. I couldn't imagine paying those prices yearly to just maintain my vehicles(highest list). I could only see those making practical sense if I expected to go through a set of tires every year but if not, those are outrageous numbers.
