See what popped into my head was '10 Highlander, Land Cruiser, Sequoia, etc. Oh well. I like the blacked-out look also...I'd definitely take the black wheels as an option. The whole vehicle in flat black would be a nice low-maintenance option as well.

They probably left out the Rogue based on where it finished in teh last such comparo. I read this article last weekend, but remember none of it.

I've seen 2 Crosstours on the road (looks much better in person, at least in profile). Have yet to see a ZDX on the road.

Wasn't the concept just unveiled about a year ago? LAIAS '09 or NAIAS '09, IIRC.

Cool...I have the white one. IIRC, JL made a Syclone about 10 years ago or so also.

Not out yet...don't know if the street date has been announced yet or not.

From profile, the taillights remind me of the previous 2 generations of GC (the trapezoidal taillight shape, the angle of the quarter windows), but the rear hatch details (taillights on the hatch, chrome strip) strangely make me think Highlander, Sequoia, Sienna, Land Cruiser... it will grow on me, I'm sure. Definitely like the front end, a nice improvement over the 3rd gen (I never liked the hood w/ the humps over the headlights on the 3rd gen). The front looks like an evolution of the 2nd gen. Looking forward to seeing it in person and driving it.

Looks faithful to the concept that was at one of the autoshows last year. Interesting the change from vertical to horizontal taillights after 3 generations. The taillights and chrome bar give the rear a strong Toyota vibe, unfortunately.

Found this.. Cars Inc makes a '55 Chevy convertible body... 55 Chevy body Here's Dynacorn's list of GM bodies they offer.. Dynacorn No '80s Cavalier bodies that I can find yet.

I think all '55-57 Chevies have the same wheelbase, regardless of bodystyle. I wonder if Dynacorn or one of the others will make repro bodies for '55s..I think they are making '57 convertibles now.

Interesting how certain interior elements (the center stack and vent shape/placement, gauge pod, steering wheel) seem to be showing up on many different new GM models..

The AMT '55 Chevy Nomad 1:25th scale model kit has parts to convert it into an El Camino style pickup. I built one that way once, makes a very nice looking El Camino...

A couple of the worst home-brew car-pickup conversions I've seen were genuine 'Keys Cruisers' (got their picture in the Saturday Keynoter newspaper in the Florida Keys)---a '72 Torino wagon that had been converted into a rusty 2dr convertible pickup w/ flat bed and a '73 or so Mercury Colony Park wagon that had been made into a 4dr pickup (the rear roof area cut off, sawed through D-pillars still sticking up a few inches)..
