The gray concept looks more '90s than '80s, look at the wheel size. Kind of reminds me of some Ford Ghia concepts. The green car is probably a '70s Bertone concept for Lamborghini. Not sure which one.

The blue sedan is a Studebaker Lark, maybe from around 1962 or so. The big car at the bottom looks like a 30s Bugatti Royale. The firetruck is something old, maybe a Faegol from the '50s. No idea what the first two concepts are, the first looks like something from the '90s and the 2nd from the '70s...vaguely reminds me of a Matchbox Lamborghini Marzal from the early '70s.

Happy Birthday....I'll be back in Denver for 2 friends' birthdays this coming weekend...both turning 40...time flies, I'll be 40 in a little over a year..

One thing about the Vibe I gotta say--it looks much better than the Matrix..the Matrix is hideous, IMHO.

Cool... my team is only 5 people, but one is in Minnesota, one is in Montana, one works from home frequently, and one works from 5:30am to 2:30pm, so we don't have in-person team meetings...usually a conference call and NetMeeting.

Ya... tomorrow is another day, a new sunrise, another commute, another 8 hrs in the cube...life goes on.

Got both...I wouldn't live in AZ without a pool...have a nice big one--has a diving board, is about 25x15 or so, 12 feet deep or so at the deep end.

You wouldn't like 100 in April, then? Had a couple 100 degree days here last week. And it snowed in Denver today. I'll be back in Denver for a long weekend later this week, looking forward to the cooler weather.

I've always been a general car enthusiast, owned Ford, GM, BMW, and Chrysler products. I just love cars and driving in general...there are definitely some current GMs I'd like to own at some point in time or another, including the G8. I'm saddened to see Pontiac exit, but this has been coming on for a long time... I'm not going to give up on my car enthusiasm.

It's business..GM is doing anything they can to survive right now. Maybe they can sell off a brand or two to Toyota.

Interesting... well, they could build a reskinned Avalon as an Impala (to get rid of the W- body), or bring back the Chevy Blazer name on an FJ Cruiser variant. Or a next-gen HHR based on the Matrix or xB. Or they could introduce a new midsize pickup for Chevy and GMC based on the Tacoma, to augment the Colorado/Canyon. Lots of possibliities (if they were to go beyond the Corolla platform). More realistically, sticking to the Corolla platform, I could see an HHR replacement or a small Buick sedan..

How about G3GXP?

I assume Pontiac is dead also for Canada and Mexico (Pontiac's other markets)? So far, what I've seen says US.

Not to mention BMWs usually have the service for several years bundled into the lease or purchase, so that's a non-issue. I think service may even be included in CPO deals. It's only when they get old and high mileage do BMWs (and Mercs) become money pits, as far as I've observed.
