  1. Sales are an interesting thing to talk about but they're lame as F to use as "leverage" in an argument. Real enthusiasts don't even care about sales they're just using them in "fights". Whatever gets the companies to make their products better every year for us consumers is a win.
  2. Yeah and neither sales totals were significant(Mustang/Camaro).
  3. I gave this an up vote because I thought it was funny. Shoooooot, it was off topic on the bottom of the first page...I think.. or close enough..lol
  4. Not sure what the point of that comparison is. Mustang outsells Camaro -"Yeah well, Camry out sells Mustang. "
  5. The way the system is, at this point, you only get one a day so if you disagree and give that same person the downvote but can't the other 5 people it looks like you're singled out but you just don't have 5 more to give. Also, why? Why do you care about somebody who 1: you claim to not care about. 2: its the internet 3: you and them literally receive nothing from a +/-1 .
  6. You seem awfully one-sided with the voting thing. It doesn't matter why somebody gives your the +1, you just take it and run. But if it's a -1 you need an explanation. Not just you, everybody who asks for an explanation for their -1's never complain about why they didn't get an explanation about their +1.
  7. People will get their panties ruffled if there is any hint of negativity regardless.. I couldn't agree more. I've never understood it. BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY GETS TO PEOPLE! But whhhhhhhy??? Why do people get actually upset and disgruntled by a little red arrow on the internet from people you've never met? WTF is wrong with people? I'll take all of @loki's red votes if it makes loki sleep better at night..lol Uhhh topic... uhhhh GM makes car..but not in Venezuela anymore.
  8. I know it's been almost a month already and I didn't realize I didn't congratulate you on the Jeep. (It's supposed to say "congrats" but it appears to say "best wishes" ...close enough..lol) Let's see some more pics of the new family member!
  9. Hahaha nahhhh I don't hate pineapples.
  10. Lol, there are.. and one of them isn't pineapple on pizza!!
  11. Sorry frisky, you won the vote. You and your pineapple pizza can fuuuuuck ooooffffffff
  12. Agreed, but you can't place a competitor to every segment out there. There just aren't enough sales to go around.
  13. They have a 1.6L turbo diesel in their Equinox that gets 40mpg and a Bolt that's full EV. That diesel is probably more fuel efficient than a hybrid right now. Edit: Sorry the Niro has three different ratings. Highest is 52/49 and the top trim has the lowest rating at 46/40. The middle rating is 51/46.
  14. Tire/wheel combo of the tested vehicles is 0.19 inches apart with the Expedition being the taller of the two. If you're using the vehicle as intended and using the rear section an inch+ isn't significant but it's not negligible. There are plenty of women who drive these who likely aren't as tall as men and that inch+ means more to them. Heck, they don't even have to be the driver to use the back daily. Would you prefer yours to be 1.3 inches taller? Or if all things were equal you'd likely choose the one that was easier to load. What does the 1CF = 1728CI have to do with anything? There's a good amount difference in rear passenger and cargo capacity between the two and every comparison mentions it.
  15. What do you mean? Like in accidents? or the styling? I'd do it more for looks than ground clearance. I assume with the vehicles ocn has and is considering ground clearance isn't a concern of his either so it's likely he did it for the looks as well. So few people need that extra couple of inches that it isn't worth selling them that way unless it's a performance variant like the ZR2 and Raptor.
  16. "But there are only 32 cubes of cargo space with the rear-most row folded flat, versus 43 in the Ford. That’s largely a result of the higher load floor necessary to clear the Chevy’s solid rear axle. Third-row seating here should be reserved for children and adults you don't like." "Not only does the Expedition’s independent rear suspension make for a steadier ride over rough terrain, its superior packaging permits a lower cargo floor that’s much easier to load with gear. When it comes to seating, the eight-passenger Expedition shines with a three-abreast middle bench and a third row that can seat real full-size adults. Plus, both rows fold flat. " http://www.caranddriver.com/comparisons/2015-chevrolet-tahoe-ltz-vs-2015-ford-expedition-platinum-comparison-test For the 1% who actually need more ground clearance it isn't worth building around that. I think these already fit over parking blocks. lol
  17. I just checked autotrader and I didn't see anything available yet. I see the golf wagons that are TDI's but I feel like they have been there for awhile...
  18. Ouch.. didn't even mention Cadillac... How do you like them? They've very intriguing vehicles now that they are separated from Hyundai and have their own chassis and engines.
  19. Pshhhh gimme that engine in everything! Drop that into my Focus. I don't care if it doesn't handle perfect.. the more horsetorques the better!!
  20. While that may be super badass and the more vehicles with a 707hp Hellcat engine, the better, this doesn't look cool at all...sadly.
  21. There's probably a pretty good amount different because of when you add in the turbo and all of the necessary plumbing and intercooler up front that's a lot of space required. Heck, looking in the engine bay of my Focus vs Escape is like night and day. I can almost stand behind the engine in my Focus without all of the extra turbo and air plumbing not going on that the Escape had.
  22. Hahaha yes to both of those!
  23. Hahaha right?!?! I actually missed my turn(knowingly) because I needed to snag this picture. Funny enough, I didn't even think of the pass through, myself.
  24. I saw this this past weekend when I had my taxes done... This is another reason Mustang owners get a bad rap.
  25. If you're looking at the Explorer Sport have you looked at the Durango R/T? Similar size..and you get a V8.. Actually, it's probably larger, isn't it? Is a third row needed or could a JGC fit the bill? That's actually one of my favorite classes of vehicles, the larger 2 row SUVs. JGC rocks and has all sorts of trims and the Edge(new - not so much first gen and refresh) is awesome to me as well. The 4Runner is really gnarly, in the right trim. The Toureg is baller, but pricey... I'm on the opposite end as you.. 5'8" 170lbs.. So these things feel very large to me. I saw in an Edge Sport when I picked up my Focus and I loved how roomy it felt and how much more space there was behind the rear seats compared to my Escape or Focus. It isn't like I need a lot but as a new homeowner I know I'll be maxing out the hatchback often enough. Speaking of which... It was worse when they were separate, took the entire hatch space up. Wait, what thread is this even about? LOL
