  1. I was thinking high.
  2. When is the last time you saw a Solara? They're not hot sellers (I'm biased, sure, but I still prefer the first gen and understand why the second gen wouldn't sell as well) and they cant add more than a few thousand sales anyways. Plus, its the Camry Solara, under the sheetmetal they're the same, Toyota just used the name Solara instead of calling it the Camry Coupe like Honda does with the Accord and Pontiac does with the G6 coupe and vert. What I dont agree with Toyota doing is lumping the Corolla and Matrix sales together. That just flat-out doesn't make sense.

I found the perfect car to replace your Olds. A 1007 Mitsubishi Galant, $99/month. Thats less than what you pay for repairs. I can look into it and get terms of the lease (I'm assuming its either a massive amount up front or insanely low mileage) if you're interested. You can be one of the few, the proud, the Galantists.
  4. Also saw two Mistu Raiders within a mile of each other yesterday.
  5. Have you ever seen a grown man naked?
  6. Kia Rondo in traffic
  7. Nah, my friend's is black and is still in the shop. Apparently the fine people at the dealership didn't realize that his clutch was torn to hell along with the transmission and made him wait even longer. As far as I know, he's still waiting. And none of it is covered by warranty because he's done some slight engine modifications. Yet another reason to not buy a used SRT-4. They're meant to do two things, be cheap and go fast. How often to people who buy cheap cars that go fast actually take care of their cars?
  8. The Rainier is extremely rare, and it turns out they depreciate like crazy (all of the GMT-360s do) so they're pretty cheap a year or two old. The Ascender is the best used value, if you can find one. They've got a much longer warranty than the rest. The 9-7x barely registers, I saw one yesterday and it took me a second to realize what it was.

    Drugs?

I'll just call my source "pinball"

    Drugs?

No, but my source says you have smoked pole. I've tried to verify this but have been unable to find anyone willing to back up what my other source told me.
  11. Its been going on for months. The administration is very aware of the problem and have been unable to get the problem with the hosts resolved. Making a new thread about it every day isn't going to help the matter one bit.

    Drugs?

I saw a reality show whilst in Mexico that featured a guy lighting another guy's fart and the guy farting having his ass light on fire.
  13. Someone will pay for it. Will that someone be me? That depends, 2009 is the timeframe I'm thinking I will buy my next car and a Mini Clubman would be a great choice, I'll have to see if the AWD effects the handling.
  14. An Outlook on the road, first one. Also, a Mexican market 2000ish Dodge Ramcharger that was sold locally (there was a sticker for a local used car lot on the tailgate) which makes me wonder how it got here.
  15. Are H2 sales still falling?
  16. Didn't the BM say GM stock was going to tank several months ago? Kinda wish he was still around so he could avoid this topic.
  17. Um...the xA is 4-door (5 if you count the hatch) and the xD doesn't appear to be 6 or 7 door. Its kind of a lateral, visually, from the xA, neither is particularly attractive, but I dont find either hideous.
  18. I'll buck the trend, I like it. The rear kinda reminds me of a caricature of an older Golf. Why couldn't this have come out last year? The only reason I didn't give the current xB a second thought was that I didn't think 108hp would be sufficient, especially in the 100 degree heat of the summer with the AC on full blast.
  19. Those pictures fried my brain.
  20. Old, $h!ty running V8s with exhaust leaks outnumber rice burners with fart cans 100-1 around here. Its redneck country, so the 30 year old pick-em-ups and 3rd gens are very popular because they're "cool" but in reality they're driven by morons who cannot follow simple traffic laws like stopping at red lights and going 30mph in residential areas.
  21. The guy I know who has an SRT-4 hasn't been able to drive it for two weeks because his transmission has been blown to $h! and is being replace. My advice: Never buy a used SRT-4.
  22. Oh my god.........just wow.
  23. They've been doing a similar deal around here for a few years, excep its always a new Kia. I have a feeling it'll be a Nissan Versa this year, since the dealership that sponsers it sells Chrysler/Kia/Nissan and Versas are piling up on their lot.
  24. I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy whose cousin knows a guy who said Ford is going to bring back the Fairmont. That makes it definate, right? The CL was more of a cruiser, more MB CLK than BMW 330ci, or more Monte Carlo than Corvette, if you will. I did get to drive a Type-S, and it handled very well for being a cheap, evil FWDer. They seem to be a pretty good deal used, too. I saw a Type-S with about 60k miles (I cannot remember the year right now) going for $14k which seems like a great deal.
  25. Smoothie King has an Acid-laced Pineapple Surf smoothie that costs $9.50 and it works wonders.
