The 2011 Cruze: Chevrolet Unveils U.S. Version Of The Popular, Fuel-Efficient Global Compact Sedan
Okay so my thoughts: I am thoroughly impressed with this car, and would strongly consider buying one. You can tell the quality is exceptional just by seeing the pictures and that 1.4T is going to be a nice enough engine I think. even though it has less HP than the Cobalt the 6-Speed auto will probably make up a great deal if not all of that deficiency. I have always planned on buying a new car in 2013 when I graduate from University and I think that one of these, loaded out with leather etc in LTZ trim would be a very nice car for its price. Looks awesome in the maroon colour, esp in that motion shot! I think I'd have mine in this colour, but with the Black/Gray two tone leather interior as opposed to the Black/Red although I think I could live with it. I'm fine with the NAV remaining an option but foglamps should be standard on the LTZ. Makes my Cobalt LT sedan look like a canvas bag full of potatoes Makes the interior of my Cobalt LT sedan look like a canvas bag full of potatoes Glad the USB interface is moving to the glove compartment when I had the GM spec USB interface installed in my car the iPod just slides around in there. The GM USB stereos also weren't so great because they had the USB port on the faceplate and that's not good for hiding the unit One concern is the armrest, which seems a bit too short but at least it won't creak like the one in my Cobalt does from being on a hinge.

Suprise! Consumer Reports gives LaCrosse "meh" review
As usual an North American publisher unfairly has it out for their own nation's products. It's sickening. The unfortunate part is that people listen to these clowns! According to them every vehicle I've had has been inadequate, a point that I would beg to differ on.

The Chevrolet Spark
I know my opinion doesn't count because barring some form of communism taking hold in North America I will never drive a car that small. Although I have no idea how it drives (could drive like a Corvette for all I care), I don't like the Spark- in my eyes it's butt ugly. There aren't words in the English language to describe how I detest that instrument setup as well. I find it completely mystifying that GM can develop such a good looking car in the Cruze and then just drop the ball entirely.

What car are you dreaming about at the moment?
a BIG new Cadillac Sedan, much like PCS. In terms of what's out now though; 2010 Cadillac DTS, Luxury III Package, Black Raven with Light Linen Interior, Walnut trim and Bench Seat.

Koenigsegg Group AB Terminates Agreement For Purchase of Saab
It's curtains for Saab. If they really wanted they could retain the new 9-5, slap some other badge on it, and sell it if its so good.

It appears Pontiac owners are choosing to look for their next vehicle at. . .
Over the long term I'd see some of them going to that new Buick which is essentially an Astra.

What Cruze variants would you like to see?
I'd settle for an estate and a fastback.

Shopping for a used car
The Passat and A6 are unreliable piles of crap- I know people who've had both and they were nothing but a cause for headaches. Go for the BMW, it's your smartest buy of the crop.

2011 Regal: A Buick bred on the Autobahn
I give it a solid "eh". Better power-train than the Malibu is tantalizing but that interior, save for the seats, which I like, is so very uninteresting. The Malibu has more flair. On the exterior it's a solid design 'till the C-Pillar then it all comes apart for me. That back-end just ruins the car.

All 3 Calgary Saturn Dealers were owned by the same guy. Last fall 2/3 closed and moved their inventory to the remaining one. The third one closed during the summer.- Windows 7 Shows Strong Initial Sales
I got Windows 7 Pro for 29.99 from my University. I'm still waiting for it to be shipped to my house but I'm thinking I'll hold off on installing it until maybe Easter so the bugs can be worked out of the OS first. I'm looking forward to virtual XP mode though.- World Car Fans: Baby Buick Spied With Less Camouflage
