  1. My friend had an S4... he put another bulb in the right side rear fog lamp so they were even... then he'd flash the fog lamps if someone was tailing him giving the illusion he was breaking. Worked every time. My idea would be to put a few million candle power lamp in the rear window... turn it on when someone's tailing me :AH-HA_wink:
  2. Technically what you consider fast and what someone else considers fast is all relative. I go 75 in the left lane, which is still 20mph over the speed limit, and yet I will still have some asshole riding my ass... even when he can go around me easily in the middle lane. It's dangerous and aggravating to tail someone.
  3. LOVE that blue! The rest... eh... ... except the front doors. That's definitely
  4. That's what I was thinking... it just made no sense to me because it flashed opposite the directionals... almost like it was a 2nd directional. It looked absurd.
  5. Can someone move this? I didn't realize I was putting it under news... I meant to put it under "The Other Guys" and the DCX forum.
  6. Since someone posted about the MB lighting question, I have a Dodge one. Last week I was on Sunrise Highway and saw a Calibur signaling. I was in the left lane doing a conservative, well, I was going faster. When I passed it, I noticed it's headlight was flashing as a directional. I thought it was very odd. Then later I saw it changing lanes again and the other headlight was acting as a directional. It was during the day, and I wondered if it had something to do with it being more visible using daytime running headlamps. Is it just a freak of nature electrical problem or does someone know if it's supposed to do that?
  7. BV... it's not an excuse. I'm gay and I don't listen to Justin Timberlake. Now where did I put my Rent CD... :AH-HA_wink: Anyway, for me, right now I'm listening to: "Bad Cops" theme song on an episode of The Simpsons.
  8. Something must have slowed them down. My mother's took only 6 weeks (she did it last year), and mine (albeit was over 7 years ago), took about 5-6 weeks too.
  9. Seriously though, I understand people who purchase the 3800 aren't the crowd to want to slam the pedal and get a roar and a ton of power, but I feel there should be more available. I'm the type of person that would generally be satisfied by the 3800, and be really disappointed in the few times I want to punch the gas and get a nice response. It'd be nice to see the 3.6L in there, and I hope it finds it's home there. I mean, something has to--this is it for the 3800. If they keep it on past 2008, I just don't know what to say--nor would I understand how they'd ever do it since they're not making it anymore after this year! I say chuck it because we're giving Buick the image of a premium car company. DOHC engines seem to be flooding the other brands... why not Buick as well? The public has been brainwashed to want DOHC engines, so give it to them. It's not like they have to create them from scratch. Hell, there are tons of new ecotecs and 3.6s in Chevy and Saturn already--two brands sub-Buick.
  10. When's the MCE for the Lucerne? 2009?
  11. I take that back, I broke my pinky toe a few years ago doing something REAAAAAAALLLY stupid. Word to the wise: if you're sitting down Indian style for a really long time playing cards, and both your legs and feet are asleep, don't think jumping up and down will wake them up really fast. You might end up landing on your ankle sideways, flying across the room, knocking everything off the coffee table and slamming your head into a tile floor. Just sayin'.
  12. Boy, I'd be in trouble... I don't know what I'd do without my left hand! Fortunately I'd still be able to write, eat, draw, etc., without any trouble :AH-HA_wink: Feel better Pontiac Custom S. I, to this day, have never broken a bone. And I've taken some pretty hard spills. I strong like bull.
  13. Oh my God... I can't WAIT for it to happen to Toyota! Albeit the Prius does get much higher than 32mpg, it still comes nowhere as close as it claims... or the EPA does. Speaking of, shouldn't the guy be suing the EPA? It's not Honda who certified the fuel economy, it's the outdated EPA tests. I wonder what the numbers will be for next year.
  14. Downhill. It was all downhill driving.
  15. I've seen that commercial so many times and I LOVE it. It's so true too--there is passion when driving an Audi. I used to drool driving my friend's S4 6M, the car had such a SOLID feel, and gripped the road beautifully.
  16. I still like it a lot. I can't wait to see these on the road.
  17. Gorgeous!

  19. Happy Birthday guys!!!!
  20. Wow, so Chrysler's going to go down again? WHY would they do this? I mean, don't they have experts working for them who says what is and isn't a good move? All I know about Chinese cars is: Poor quality and knock-offs of other designs.
  21. In some ways, Europe is just so much more advanced than we are...
  22. Are its cams going to fail too?
  23. Happy Birthday!!
  24. It's a Riviera...And I want one too. Someone has one in my complex... like a purplish color... excellent condition. I want it so badly!! This and the Roadmaster were two Buicks I drooled over in the mid-90s.
  25. I still hear "Dodge" and I still think of Al Bundy... :AH-HA_wink:
