  1. Ahhhh the AMG GT starts at 111k! Well I've always loves the F-Type R as well. It definitely isn't the best or fastest in this price range but it's the prettiest to me and nastiest sounding. It would be so hard to pass up 650hp/tq in a Z06 though. Ideally, with this much coin I would buy a used ZR1 and then a base mustang GT or what not but that's not in the scenario..lol Or a GT350 and a "regular" vette even. 55k+55k. I think I'd take a loaded up Z06 and a few sets of tires to go with it.
  2. Well you sir are just wrong...
  3. +1 (because I used all of mine up)
  4. Believe it or not, this does happen. I worked in a shop for 3 years and every single vehicle that came in we were supposed to correct tire pressure and it wouldn't be some super rare event that a car or truck would come in with OE wheels and tires and they were a different size from the placard but still an OE setup. Not sure where the error was but there were too many and on cars people didn't care about to have just been an owner swapping wheels.
  5. For 18k more I would have the Sport and a used Fiesta ST or something. I like it but I couldn't justify 18k more.
  6. Very interesting, indeed. That tire shouldn't make it or break it to an M5. I definitely see your point.. but the same can be said when they test near 50k mustangs and Camaros. Very few in owners hands are that loaded up but that's what they get to test because you're showing off the best of the best for the car.
  7. Just start banning people. If they're causing you headache on your own site, screw it, ban them. If I cause you continuous headache, ban me. This is your place, Drew. Don't let anybody make you not enjoy your own website.
  8. @Stew Quite the pony car lineup.
  9. Are we just quoting the article now? "Rounding out the top ten list include Audi, Kia, Mazda, Hyundai, Infiniti (up 16 spots), BMW, and Honda." Ha. Shows how credible this report is when AUDI finishes 4th.
  10. EXACTLY! That's why I hate these so much. They're just very inaccurate.
  11. I just enjoy the lines and curves of the MB over the Colorado. I just don't think the Colorado is that good looking of a truck when compared to it's sibling, GMC, or the Tacoma.
  12. Does anybody know if a spray paint will dry rot and crack a hose? This is the kind of hose I'm talking about. paintball macroline link
  13. Failure?!?! 603hp 627tq is in no way a failure matched to an AWD system. Until the Caddy-V gets that the hp difference is negligible. And you know those turbos will spool quick and you'll have, likely, even more low-mid range than that badass V. Top speed means nothing to anybody realistically. How often are V owners surpassing 155mph anyway? It's a ridiculous bragging right to the numbers guys who are also complaining about 37hp and 3tqs.
  14. It really is. And if it was just a "regular" vette I think it would have been enough to sway me to the GT and Focus but a Z06 is a giant killer. Z06 competes with cars 2-4 times it's price in any performance metric you choose.
  15. They might be minute changes but that's two different molds for multiple panels. No denying the Denalis are paying for the difference but there are enough different pieces(and I'm glad there are as the trucks aren't just tacky badge jobs - they've differentiated them very well, IMO) to add a decent cost difference between the two. But I do see what you mean with the multiple variations of F150 and there are 11 different trims for Ram as well.
  16. On the Escape forums some have had rear diff issues so I know there would be at the very least SOME lower scores for AWD.
  17. There isn't any proof yet that you can't order it this way. Summer tires in that size are an option.
  18. I like thdon't front, even though it looks very soft for a truck, and the interior as well, also a little soft for s truck. But that tailgate looks atrocious! It definitely does intrigue me though. Will there not be a gas engine though? I just saw turbo 4 diesel and turbo 6 diesel.
  19. Focus RS numbers in a straight line.
  20. I think I have my list but the WILDCARD and 2017 I am not too confident. It actually got the most difficult on the wildcard one because it is literally just ANY car that I want. That's too much freedom! 1988: Ferrari F40 2004: Mustang Cobra(this one fell right into my lap ) 2009: C63 AMG 2017: Raptor WILDCARD: I got torn between a 911 Targo, 911 Turbo, some Mustang like a GT350/R or Cobra R, a hyper car like a 918 or Ford GT, Carerra GT, P1, McLaren F1, 2005 Ford GT, ZL1, Z06, ZR1... Soooo many cars to choose from.. If I'm being realistic I want something that I want to drive and not worry about putting miles on it and it depreciating like none other. I actually think I'd go with a 911 Turbo. I think if all these cars were in front of me it wouldn't be chosen because I wouldn't think rationally at all I would just "ohhh" and "ahhhh" over the rare exotics and pick one of them.
  21. I think it looks great from the front (I like the Jag look even though it is a knockoff design), Terrible back end, and "meh" center stack.
  22. @Frisky Dingo I just realized you're only a year older than me! We've done how many of these and age has been a part of it and it's just never stuck till now lol. I dig the list too!
  23. That A10 seems great. It always had that motor making peak power. That is one NASTY car!
  24. Wow, thinking about this my two hardest are the "freebie" and the 2017..
  25. They wouldn't' both be red.. Or maybe they would.. hmmmm.. Red GT and blue 488..? lol Aaaand the GTO. Base engine was 400ci and 350hp. It would work. Honorable mention: Titan XD because I think it was originally ONLY offered in higher trim, 4 door, 4wd(maybe not 4wd) and the 5.0(which is the most important). I think this would be replacing the Yukon if I chose it.
