  1. Well, while not including the C8 because I want pictures..lol 2005 Ford GT 2017 Ford GT 2004 Cobra 1969 GTO Judge 2017 GT350R 2017 ZL1 2002 WS6 Trans Am Now for the dailies.. CTS-V Raptor or FX4(No reason not to get the raptor..) GMC Denali 2500 Diesel
  2. Yup, it's a pretty terrible segment, for the most part. Even in the compact car segment there are 'hot' versions. I mean the new Fusion Sport is about it now.
  3. I think I have my list but I'm going to sit on it for a bit to make sure something else doesn't come to mind.. I'm not 100% about one of them.. Does the C8 count as a "one off" or "prototype"..? Or can't use it yet?
  4. No way.. the only reason it's atop their lineup is it has a sexy body. Addendum for "tiny cars in big bones". CC is allowed! Fine, I'll take a 2011 when the Phaeton sat above it.
  5. But you said "so build your list with the most freedom-ringing, pavement-pulverizing, bad-attitude machines you can! " lol Just messin' around because stereotypical "American" would just be a list of V8 muscle cars(or cars with said muscle car engines) and too big for a 4cyl to haul around anyway. ..Plus..I love the RS anyway..
  6. *so no 4cyl anything*
  7. The EPA rates it technically as a "compact"... I know you weren't going by just epa ratings or anything but it's at least on the wrong side of size:price:hierarchy "ratio". Everything else sucks in this class. Almost everything just..sucks.. Wait! You chose a damn station wagon! Those are in classes of their own! Yeah, I thought the LX cars were too big. Oh well.
  8. Charger/300 is too large for this segment, right? Because I would easily swap any one of mine for a Hellcat Charger or SRT 300.

  10. He passed 4 of 4 concussion tests after the game. If he had one he would have failed those. One immediately after, one whe leaving the stadium, one prior to the flight, and one when they got back to Carolina. Ford has said they only expect a 3-4% increase in fuel economy.
  11. Every one of the compact class has over 20mpg city ratings. The economy engines get up to like 34mpg highway(i think the cx5 does).
  12. Somebody told me it ran a 2:56 last year. I didn't just mean boat in weight. Handling characteristics are more what I meant. You can make a big girl dance if the work was put into the right places. They didn't. They just went balls to the wall in horsepower on an unrefined chassis.
  13. The Hellcats are freakin' boats compared to almost anything left on the road today.. let alone compared to anything even remotely sporty.
  14. From what I read the 2015 Mustang GT was slower than the V6 1LE though. I think the mustang last year ran a 3:05.02... That Alpha Camaro is one badass car no matter what engine it has.
  15. Weird, I never noticed that until now. THANKS! (sarcasm because it's now distracting!)
  16. @Frisky Dingo Agreed, I love me some browns but I think because the are two very different shades it isn't doing it for me either. White with that brown interior would be hot, imo.
  17. I'm almost always a huge sucker for the newest Ferrari in the sportiest class(360, 430, 458, 488) and this is no exception.. EXCEPT the F40 is such an iconic car I would be absolutely insane to pass it up. It's also still such a raw driver's car not aided with all sorts of nannies to keep my hands, feet, and brain all in check. It's honestly not even that pretty to me. When I was a kid I always loved the curves of the F50 easily over the F40. But the F40 is just so special as an actual driver's car.
  18. CONGRATULATIONS, Brother!!
  19. For me I would probably be fine with the refinement of a Mustang GT but if I can have more for a DD, why wouldn't I? I think if I'm buying a sporty coupe it EASILY has to surpass the 300hp mark which the 435i, S5 both do with room for additional options. I forgot about the lack of a back seat in the Porsche. Either way, too many better options and POWER in the price range. If the GT350 wasn't marked up almost everywhere I'd say I could make it happen under 55k(as it's only a fee hundred bucks over) but if I'm being honest a base GT350 would still be above 55k because there would be no way to get it down at all. Second to the GT350, the M2 is probably the quickest as well here. It would probably be a freakin blast to drive at 365hp/343tq and only weighing like 3400-3500lbs. It might be a little tight for a daily but I think it would be worth it. Plus, there's always a good aftermarket following for the M cars, right? I bet just a tune on the turbo engine would turn the wick up plenty good.
  20. "Guess who's back, back againShady's back, tell a friendGuess who's back,guess who's back,guess who's back,guess who's backguess who's backGuess who's back..."
  21. Isn't that all this thread is about?
  22. "Unlike the concept that featured a 5.7L HEMI V8, the production model will only be available with the base V6" 'nuff said.
  23. I think the new C300 coupe really does look great. I love Mercedes coupes. The might be on the bland and boring side but I love their lines and curves. Mercedes knows how to make a coupe, IMO. With that said.. for 55k I want way more than 240hp/270tq. That doesn't cut it at this price. For a toy because I couldn't really live with one daily where I live.. Enough snow that I WILL NOT drive it in the snow.. a GT350 that is. It also starts at 54,295 but that doesn't include destination which then brings it above 55k. But if this was a second vehicle, a SYNC-less GT350 would hands down be the car. It would be pretty cool to own a Porsche but with how they ala carte everything and a Cayman starting at 53k that really would be a stripped down car for the money. Plus... Who wants a Porsche that isn't a 911? That kind of leaves me to the 4 Series, C Coupe, ATS Coupe, Audi 5's. My favorite non-coupe is the ATS out of those but I don't think Cadillac knows what they are doing when they go from sedan to coupe. C Coupe doesn't have enough balls, 4 and S5 would be pretty awesome. An M2 would be great but I'm afraid it might actually be a little too small for my liking. Buuuuuuut how do I say 'no' to a Mustang GT or Camaro SS all loaded up?!?! I would honestly have to drive the S5, 435i, M2, Camaro SS and Mustang GT to really be able to decide. When I think strictly performance the M2 and SS stick out. And I think after driving all of them the M2 would end up being the new ride. I know it would probably be a little crampy but hell, we're talking about coupes. None of them will be very large, none of them have big trunks. The larger ones just add passenger space behind the driver anyway. I would need it in this color though. I'm pretty much thinking the same think Frisky is. M2 or S5. I'd really have to drive them to make an honest decision between the two but I sat in an M4 last weekend(current gen) and the sight lines and just feel of everything from the driver's seat felt so natural instantly that I would only think the M2 would do the same for me.
