So I have an opportunity to buy a 1995 Chevy pickup from my aunt... but I'm not sure what a fair price would be. I'm pretty sure the pickup is a 1500, as it has the V6. Extended cab, long bed, manual. No A/C. AM/FM cassette. Aqua/Teal color. Pretty spartan, as that how my uncle bought things. The truck has only 32K miles on it... and was last driven 4 years ago. It has been parked in a lean-to during this time and is covered in dust... but I can see the truck is in really NICE shape. The only damage is that someone hit the left corner of the rear bumper... causing the bumper to kink and put a small dent in the bed. KBB is listing this at $3755... but I feel that…

I am definitely a lover of all things GMC Trucks, but there are certain generations of pickups I desire to own. My most desired pickup generations include 1955-1959 (with an emphasis on '55-'57), 1967-1972, and 1973-1987. The '50s GMCs are just too darn expensive to restore, as not all parts are shared with Chevy Trucks (engines & transmissions from Pontiac with GMC truck parts used)... and the same could be said for the late '60s - early '70s trucks too, though more parts are now shared with Chevy Trucks. The killer for me with most of those two generations is the entry price to get one. The values on those trucks are steadily climbing. While at the AACA show He…

So I have looking to pick up a used Mustang and was going to pick up a GT, but the late 90's cobra prices are really coming down. Here are 2 postings: THis one is 1997 Cobra, I am going to look at on Thursday. I very suspicous of the price. I am guessing it cant pass smog. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/1591379324.html The other one is a 1998. What I hate about looking for cars like these, is the lowering kits. So many people seem to lower their ride down and in the process take the nice ride right out of the car: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/cto/1590940705.html

Couldn't help but take pics of a rough but solid '66 El Camino for sale while at a rest stop on the way to the Grand Canyon. It was located at an antique gas station in Hackberry, AZ right on Route 66. I have some more old iron pics that I'll probably post in the lounge. I'm not sure how one would handle the "no title" thing - I thought pre-1973 cars had no title and only needed a bill of sale as proof of ownership. At least that is how it is in NYS.

14,000 original miles on this 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Regular Cab Z71 4WD Sportside: Craigslist ad: http://philadelphia....3079295887.html Dealer's site: http://www.woerths.c...0-SLE-4x4.shtml - For those that know me, this is the holy grail I've desired for so many years (dark blue would make this 100% perfect). This was the last year (2005) that GM offered the sportside bed option. This truck appears to be a very well-loaded model. 14,000 miles. I wish there was a way I could get this truck, even with the new '14s coming out I'd LOVE to own this one. I can't do a 3rd vehicle, nor can I replace the Envoy (family hauler) for this. Oh this sucks.... Anyone cl…

Whole: $1500 (but no title). Parts available: everything but motor/ trans/ radiator (only a later 350). Lots of solid sheet metal & stainless, no notable options. Has desirable BOP front-loader rear- heavily sought after for vintage drag cars. Seats were re-upholstered, but not factory & not exactly appealing. Hate to break this one up since it still oozes personality & class.... but not my decision/ car. Located in New Brunswick, NJ

We've just launched a line of Brembo style, plastic caliper covers on our site. We have carried MGP covers for years but wanted to give our customers a lower price point and a different look. As a result we have begun to carry ABS Caliper Covers which you can find here: http://www.rvinyl.com/store/c/371029-1997.html We've come up with a detailed install video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drh_DbLw6VU&feature=youtu.be and you can see step-by-step instructions here: http://rvinyl.hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Install-ABS-Plastic-Caliper-Covers

Does anyone here have experience with installing and using racing seats? We have been revamping our catalog and I have no real experience with them. Currently we have harnesses and seats in the same category (because it seems to make sense) and although I know harnesses should only be used in race cars for safetly purposes I don't think the same is true for seats. If you guys wouldn't mind taking a look at these product pages and let me know what you think I would appreciiate it: http://www.rvinyl.com/Chevrolet-Racing-Seats-Harnesses.html Is it clear that race harnesses ARE NOT for daily commuter use? As much as we want to sell product we don't want anyone to ge…

Also found a couple of rare Blue Oval products sold only in Canada. From what I understand the Meteor brand was much like the Canada only Acadian brand which was paired with Pontiac dealers except this one was slotted between Ford and Mercury. Here are two examples, the first is a 1958 Meteor Rideau, and the second a 1968 Meteor Montcalm convertible. I like the Canadian-inspired names of these cars (The Rideau Canal and Rideau Hall in Ottawa and General Montcalm was the French General who led that side in the Battle of the Plains of Abraham, the Acadian Canso from GM got its name from a couple places in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia). 1958 Rideau 500 http://alberta.k…

Giant plastic pennies. Measure about 5" in diameter, they're hollow, but not cheesily-thin. Excellent replicas of 1909 wheat-leaf pennies. Who/ when/ why they were made, I don't know. No 'non-penny' markings whatsoever. I have 5 of them, asking $2.50 each plus shipping.

http://delaware.craigslist.org/cto/2456201986.html I this generation of GMC Sierras. I remember riding my 10-speed about 3-4 miles from home to the local GMC dealership to check out the 1990 and then 1991 new model year Sierras. I still have some 35mm prints of the pictures I would take of these new trucks (was really into the '90 454SS pickup too at the time, and have pictures of that too somewhere).

And it can be all yours, for $99,900. Thanks for the head's up FOG... that's one modified GMC I'd be proud to call my own (well, there's a few things I'd nitpick about for that price, but other than that it's a great looking rig). . Hey everyone I hope your Tuesday's going well. We just got a bunch of rebate submission photos of a precut headlight kit installed on a 2002 Mini so, naturally, I did a blog post and threw them up on YouTube. If you take a look you'll see our customer (who now has tinted headlights and received a $20 rebate refund on his purchase) hand-trimmed the headlight tints because they are normally designed to cover the entire light. Not my cup of tea but he did a nice job. So, check it out and let us know what you think. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qy5OkU9L4jM&feature=youtu.be http://rvinyl.blogspot.com/2013/12/customer-installation-photos-of-mini.html

http://cnj.craigslist.org/cto/4578545956.html - 2000 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 Ram Air Coupe I was searching G-body Pontiac Grand Prix's ('81-'87) and stumbled upon this awesome low-mileage 2000 T/A Ram Air WS6 Coupe. The wife and kids love this car, and I can't say I blame them. I had a a '95 T/A Coupe (used) in 1998 & 1999 - I absolutely love the '93-'02 generation ('96 & '97 WS6 Coupes are my true love). The '95 I got rid of for a more family sensible ride ('99 Grand Am GT1 Sedan) and the wife has not to this day let me forget how much she loved my '95 T/A. It's not my ideal, but it would end up being a screaming deal for me. It stickers at $41,7xx With GM Supplier Discount that I'm eligible for, it would be $38580 It is still technically "new" but it has 3,000 demo miles on the clock, so they would knock another $1,000 off of that. There is currently $4,500 in rebates also plus I could get 60 months at 0% interest. So I'm looking at $33k for a truck with a ticker of $41,7xx It's a V6 4x4 with the big screen MyLink, cloth interior, G80

I'm looking for power window parts for a 1988 Olds 98 (Touring Sedan). I need everything (regulator, etc) in working condition. If possible I would like to purchase the entire door! These parts are for the front driver side door and must be in working condition from a car with power windows. I'm in West Haven, CT. If your parting out one of these cars or if you pass by one in the junk yard please let me know. Respond to this posting or email me at [email protected] . Thanks!
