    • This is so true and just not on auto's, the number of parts and other product piling up at ports due to people / companies not wanting to pay tariffs is crazy. Seattle/Tacoma/Everett Ports has a ton of product sitting in container's that companies are not willing to pay tariffs on so now it is just sitting there. Small businesses are being hurt and forced to close due to the Tariffs. My sister's appliance company is hurting as they usually have credit, but the company that imports the parts for appliance repairs went to a cash up front from all purchase and have stated they have to pay up front from the companies in China so no more credit, pay at the end of the month, now it is pay as you go. So they are having customers pay up front. The shop I have used, has also told me that the cost of parts is changing almost daily and they have to pay in advance for auto parts. Consumers are going to be hurting big time. We are not making America Great Again, America is being destroyed Again just like in the 1930's due to ignorant people in power.
    • Check this out as they were spot on during the first administration and I worry for all about this fall and going into next year. I suspect things are going to get very ugly as the incompetance of the current administration will show.  The BOOMERS will get their golden age of destruction. Tallying the two channels of job losses from tariffs | Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis I could not tell anyone unless they just had to buy an auto to buy right now, I suspect that by the end of the year we will see everyone much cheaper due to the incompetence and job losses that are happening now. Hertz screwed me over about 10 years ago or so and it was such a mess, that by the time they made it right, I had sworn off them. I now use Enterprise and have never had the problems Hertz gives.
    • Much appreciated, I just remember the press release about protecting our data and not having it in EVs or ICE last year, so surprised they are still there. It is possible that GM has done a silent about face like Ford did in keeping it. But then they need to add it to the EVs as I am not going back to ICE. Would love to buy an EscaladeIQ but AA\CP is a requirement.
    • They are fun...I like the various predicaments they get into on narrow trails...I love the Morrvair wagon.
    • They keep me sane. I agree, great people.
