We have a Dog Bar in our neighborhood and they we're offering a $100 bar tab to the best dressed dog (owner, or course) For those of you that are not familiar with a dog bar, it's exactly what it sounds like. Yeah, mine is like that, and I got a reminder why I don't like the design, at least when the "nit" (being the base of the chair" is threaded in plastic. Turn around last night at my desk, and there was a crack, followed by shaft (along with the rest of the chair and me on it)braking through the base and hitting the floor.

I still like the Fusion/Milan and, at the present time, I like them more than the current Malibu. However, the way the next-gen Malibu is shaping up (on that sub-forum), I am fairly impressed. Fast forward: this afternoon, I went to a nearby dealership and was looking at the Milans. I asked the salesperson (he was not pushy) if I could open up a four-cylinder and start it up...and I was able to do that. The bottom line: the four-cylinder in the Milan is a little loud, despite …

So I call Comcast, which is like saying I called China, you end up talking with a bazillion people who don't talk to each other just to get a rough idea of what it takes to get service. So they send this guy out to "survey" the job - I hear nothing for days. Today, I get a letter via snail mail to tell me that these criminals want $875.00 just to run a few hundred feet of cable to my house! Then, they expect me to pay them at least another $50.00 per month for as long as I want service! Can you say "BITE ME"?

With its arrival, the U.S. saw the first George Bush become president, while George Micheal ended the year with the best selling album and number one single. The Young and the Restless began its streak as the number 1 daytime drama in television as Rain Man finished the year as the highest grossing film. Allow me to introduce my daughter, Sierra Skye!! Born Wednesday, July 14th at 10:56 PM. Weight: 6 pounds, 13 ounces; Length: 20 inches. Mom and baby are both doing well at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (Hamilton Township, Mercer County). Both big brothers, Justin (4) and Anthony (16), are very happy to have a sister. As for the name, it should be no mystery where "Sierra" comes from (still to this day I'm surprised the wife went along with this choice!), and the wife always liked Sky(e) (yes, from the roadster!) as a middle name. My last name begins with a "R", so that makes Sierra's initials SSR too!!

Other than "Whats the stupidest question you've ever been asked" what is the stupidest question you've ever been asked. I had a chick at work ask what "ball funk" was the other day. She once asked what rasisina are made out of, but I wasn't around for that. Worse than that, a few months ago, sitting in the lecture hall waiting fro my Bio class to start, the gil who sat behind me asked if lettuce was a plant.

Yep thats right you can buy the very camera that snagged those engine compartment photos of the Solstice GXP, Chevy Suburban, Silverado, and over 65 other prototype cars. The camera is the Canon 1D Mark II. I bought this camera just over a year ago and it only has 16k activations on it. Mechanically everything is perfect and cosmetically there are just a few light scratches around the hot shoe. LCD screen is perfect. You'd never know this wasn't a brand new camera. Everything that came with it originally is included. I dont think I have the box anymore, but I'll keep looking for it. Only reason Im selling it is to upgrade. If you really want a photo, I&#39…

Okay, so I go into the kitchen to make myself a ham sandwich. As I'm walking out of the room, a piece of ham falls and hits the linoleum. Okay, fine. Go to rinse it off and the piece I'm holding onto decides to rip off and the ham falls into a bowl from dinner. Scrumptious. New piece of ham, please.

I'd like to think I speak "standard broadcast English" (no accent, clean pronunciation) so certain expressions bug me: Low end: Irregardless - actually, it's now an accepted word, though it shouldn't be Mid-range: He or she (singular) is "good people" - that is asinine Drum roll: Across pronounced "acrost." Where the f*** is there a "t" at the end? I never heard this in So Cal but I have heard it in Nor Cal and the Pac NW. I am wondering if it is an importation from the Donner Party days when people from the interior were migrating out West and it was handed down through the generations. Any expressions or word construction that bug you?

So you've lived your life thinking as many Americans that the CHevrolet Chevette and Citation are two of the most ugyl cars ever made, huh? (not my opinion but happens ot be popular opinion these days) Well, all you guys know that despite my dislike for 99% of Honda & Toyota products I like a few Nissan/Infiniti cars/trucks and have a weak spot ofr old 60s/70s/80s RWD Nissans that were imported here as Datsuns. And yet look at these two horrible cars that Datsun madein the 80s. Ugly Chevette wannabe Frumpy Citation Wannabe

If you live in a state that a.) has been awash in rainstorms for days on end and b.) borders the Mississippi or Ohio Rivers, there is a great certainty that you've probably heard about the Army Corps of Engineers blowing a hole in the Bird's Point Levee in Missouri to relieve residents of Cairo, Illinois of any serious flood threat while, simultaneously, destroying 130,000 acres of prime farmland in Missouri. A tragic story that's slightly twisted in what sacrifice it makes, but nonetheless interesting considering what geological region this story has unfolded within. I'm of course talking about the New Madrid fault line here, which encompasses the states of Illinois, In…

Last night me and my two buddies went to a frat and then we headed over to a house party that was rather far away (about 20 mins walking from where I live). Anyways, when we got to the house this guy that we didn't know before gave us some cups and told us to say that we paid for them. So, my buddies got a cup of beer and then it ran out after I only got about a third of a cup, so we just kinda stood around and watched beer pong. Anyways, the guy that lives there got back about 10 mins later and asked me and one of my friends if we paid for the cups. We told him we did, and then he wanted us to show him who we paid. So we walked around the house and couldn't find the gu…

Clicky Me! Since my computer doesn't have the right programming, speed, or user to post pictures and other interesting things, this is the myspace page I have. For anyone interested (don't ask) regarding what I look like and some of what kind of person I am, feel free to visit. All things going as planned, I delete it when I turn 30. I know, that's a whole decade, but I'll be a "kid" for it. So, knock yourselves out.

I'm driving home after lunch and realize that my odometer is about to roll over to an even number (you know, ending at ,000)...but it wasn't quite there. So, I didn't pull into the driveway and instead drove around the neighborhood a little more to make it get to that "magic number." I find that I've done this more than once, among other weird quirks. Do you do this kind of crap with your car? Or, do you have other weird quirks you care to share?

She said its too big for her and my dad is seriously considering buying it...I would officially get the breeze until the Electra is done..I'm still a skeptic on him buying a 93 though...I mean its 14 years old for gods sake. It's pearl white and has a white leather interior. I don't know the price. What do you guys think??? My mom is still set on her 07 Sebring Touring...we have to sell the saturn first.

So there's this girl I really like, so I told my other friend and she asked her who she liked online. It was some other guy, so she told her that I liked her. She was really surprised and said that she had never thought of me that way. We are really good friends and talk all the time in school (sophomore in high school). When we talk it feels so right and it is so easy to talk to her. My other friend thought she may have liked me because she says she talks about me a lot. She said the only two guys she talks about are me and the guy she likes. I feel like crap and completely dejected. I don't know whether I should give up or if I should wait and see if she changes …
