I've always been interested in photography, but lately its become an obsession. I find myself logging into Flickr at least once a day and searching completely random things just to see what's out there. A friend of mine owns a 2002 Honda Odyssey. At the time of purchase, he took an extended warrentee, from GE. Two weeks ago, his transmission failed; requiring the installation of a rebuilt unit. The thing is, when installing a rebuilt unit, Honda suggests replacing the transmission PCM (power control module), at a cost of almost 1k. GE picked up the cost of the transmission, but not the computer. But since my friend is required to use a new PCM, shouldn't the warrentee cover its' replacement? Anyone have any suggestions? Also, does anyone know of any popular Honda forums, where I might also pose this question? Thanks in advance!

Ok, so to make a long story short, I have a friend who works for his dad who runs a lumber mill. They need a forklift (for some reason beyond my comprehension) and my friend mentioned something to me about it. We then got into a very long, intense conversation about playing chicken on heavy machinery. Anyways, I came across this warning sticker on Crown's website. Well, I got a major surprise today. My brakes went out on me-during the lunch rush..... Lucky for me I made a turn down a side street to avoid a traffic back up. Everything had been fine all day-but when the wagon hit the first stop sign- I didn't stop-and just missed avoiding a person backing out of their driveway- I just about had a heart attack. After getting it to stop (it had a little stopping power left after that), I limped it to my folks house. (where I was on my way to) I came out and checked it a few minutes later-and there was a small puddle and fluid all over my passenger tire I had it towed away to the local shop...and my guess I either lost the h…

I just realized something. 3 years ago my family's fleet was much less powerful but at the same time more fuel effiecent. I drove here from Houston in the new Vue. Took two 12 hour days to get here but it was worth seeing some fall foliage. I'm heading back through Kentucky and then down through Atlanta over the next 2 days (to visit more family). Lots of GM's up in this area, kind of interesting to see. The Vue is running great - but I can only get the heater to work if I turn it all the way to 85 - cold air otherwise. Very weird. Anywho...I knocked off 2 more elusive states on the way (Missouri and Indiana) - I have 9 more to go and I've been to all 50. Nothing like Neil Young during an autumn Missouri sunset on I-55 heading into Illinois.

I'm running Windows XP, and use Apple Itunes as my default media player. Unfortunately, when importing music, I chose the MPEG-4 format as my default setting...The thing is, the MPEG-4 format isn't compatible with any other media player...Anyone have any ideas on how to covert my music files, currently in the MPEG-4 format, to industry standard WAV, or MP3, format?
