Okay, I LOVE peanut butter to the point that I usually have it once a day in some form. So, I'm really getting tired of this JIF $h!. I want my Peter Pan peanut butter back and I want it now dammit! Apparently in Korea, trees don't require space for roots, and there aren't horrific winds at skyscraper heights! Some of the balconies may be ok (and some probably intolerably windy), but I can tell you this - those parks in the spaces that are open all the way through the building aren't going to have a single leaf on the trees. Wind tunnel anyone? The general idea is neat, but overall it seems like the ideas that make it interesting and unique are the most flawed.

OK, in the past few months, there's this woman who constantly keeps calling my mobile phone number, and looking for a non-existant person. I've told her tons of times that there's no such person, yet she just says "sorry", hangs up, then a while later (weeks or sometimes hours later) she calls again. I tried everything. Disconnect the call immediately when I see the caller ID, explain there's no such person, the person gave you the wrong number, everything. Nothing seems to stop it. I've received many complaints about me slamming people's car doors too heavily, in particular my friend's Mazda 3 and my sis' 323 (Protege). I just got so used to my cars with heavy doors. I personally like heavier ones, since it makes me feel safer. I'm always scared of sitting in cars with light doors, especially when you don't know when you will get side swiped. What do you prefer? Heavy or light?

So. on monday I had the afternoon off and was running around town trying to get some stuff done. I am taking a couple classes up at NDSU this fall so i ran up to get everything paid up and ready to go. I get all of it done quickly as I am parked illegally in a parking lot not far from the union. I hop in the Impala and back out of my spot, put it in drive and am about to head forward just as a professor in a brand new lexus ES backs right into my door...............went through the whole reporting thing and went to go get an estimate.......$1300, and her insurance company doesn't even know if they are going to pay for it because it was a parking lot accident. So I was browsing around the Chevy Mall and came across some cool stuff of the new camaro.... Then I saw this beauty HERE At first, I thought that the price was kinda steep but when i saw the 200 limited production it started to look really good. Saw quite a few interesting cars, incl. a McLaren F1 LM (first I'd ever seen in person), 1998 Ferrari F1 car, various '50s-60s Ferraris, Maseratis, Lancias, Alfas, and countless muscle cars and '50s-70s American iron. Fun weekend. At the GM exhibit saw the '14 Camaro Z/28 in matte pearl white (Rick Hendrick bought it for $650k or so), saw and sat in a silver Chevy SS and dark red '14 CTS V-sport....really liked the SS and CTS in person, look better than in photos.

How might one go about that? I've had something on my mind that I just can't get off of it. I'm been in a terrible mood and been having trouble sleeping. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a mental meltdown if I don't do something about it. Anyone have any suggestions?

went to a classic car auction this weekend with my day and saw a few nice cars and some... well not so nice. some of the cars not seent so much and two that were down right rare. on a side note got to meet David Pearson too, very interesting fellow. first up is a 1957 pontiac safari chiefton station wagon. had three row seats and airconditioning. i must say never seen a pontiac station wagon in person, prolly wont see another in a long time. the second is a 1969 buick GS california. 350 with an automatic on the column. enjoy.

Given the constant rise in gas prices, can you imagine a world in the not-too-distant future where cars are despised, abandoned, destroyed? That was my nightmare the other night. Due to some personal issues, I've been having trouble sleeping as of late and this nightmare certainly didn't help matters. In the nightmare, gas prices were nearing the $10/gallon mark, and people with cars averaging less than 25 mpg were terrorized and threatened, while their offending vehicle(s) were beaten up and set ablaze before their very eyes. That included me ... I was forced to watch all 5 of my MCs "burned at the stake". Oddly, the radio on in the background was not playing music…

I've been in California since Fri 12/18 to visit family for Christmas. When I went to rental car counter, the agent presented the Camaro upgrade option, so I took it out of curiosity. The choices with gray or red, so I took red (being Christmas and all). It's a V-6 car, pretty basic, but has still generated a fair amount of conversation wherever I've taken it. This has got to be the worst natural disaster in history, forget the Tsunami's and where are these other countries? Where are the celebrities? This makes me sick. OK, this time for real. Next week Monday, G6 replaces Cavalier. Car at dealership, keys waiting for my cash. But something's wierd. The dealer couldn't get my Lease Termination Report, and had to get me to get it and fax to them. Last time I remember when I asked, the Chevy dealer in Waterloo managed to get it. Today on my way back from school I saw a 2007 Acura RDX proto. It had black tape over the rear lights and badges but it was silver. It looked pretty good but I didnt see too much of the front. I sucks how when you see something like that and dont have a camera on you. That happened when I saw a red '66 Cadillac Limo in my town. I guess the RDX was testing because we are only about half an hour from the Alliston Honda Plant.

Friday was my first day working at the Simoniz (Wash Depot inc.) car wash and detail center in Nashua NH, and boy, I've never seen so many dumb people in my life. For you to understand these first few stories, you have to be able to visualize how the car wash, or at least the track system, works. fairly self explanitory, the person drives their car up (with us guiding them) so the drivers side wheel is in the track between the guard rail, then when we hit the "program" button on the computer, one of the orange roller things pops up and pushes the car through the carwash. The road trip to Tulsa set me back in terms of the amount of money I had, a which in tern made my loan payment for last month lat (school loans). This day started off quite good, with Sixty8 finally being able o drop off the LeSabre for safe keeping, and us being able to kill the hornet's nest in the Caravan's hatch (starter fluid, as I have learned, is awesome at killing the bastards). We were even able to move it up the driveway so another car could finally fit behind it. It's basically "The Devil's Rejects" with different characters and a more boring concept.
